The 2BR, 2BA condo is located on the Sipsey next to the scenic Duncan Bridge. This condo offers luxury accommodation and many amenities not available in a traditional house. The condo complex offers a large swimming pool for the kids and public charcoal grills. The condo (which sleeps 8) has 2 BRs with 1 king, 1 queen, a foldout couch in the living room and a futon in the master bedroom. The master has a lake view and opens onto the 3rd floor, covered balcony. The condo also features a large, fully equipped kitchen with an eat-at counter, a dining area, and a very comfortable living area all with a view of the lake. You can launch your boat at Duncan Bridge Marina which is within view of the condo. The assigned boat slip is currently in use by the owner so you will want to trailer your boat at the end of the day. There is plenty of safe parking for the boat in the parking lot.
