The 8000 square foot compound is comprised of the Great House, with three air conditioned bedrooms suites, living dining and library, fully open to the outdoor decks and terraces through moveable, wooden louvered doors.
An Adjacent Gourmet Kitchen can be used to prepare simple Al Fresco meals or a multi course catered dining event. A two Bedroom guest cottage completes the residence structure, sheltering the Ocean Front 40X15 foot Freshwater pool.
The Beach area is easily accessed by a lighted stone walkway and equipped with some snorkeling gear beach chairs and umbrellas.
The villa maintains a permanent Housekeeper and Grounds staff to insure that guest needs are consistently provided for. An on Island management/concierge team is available to personally tailor your stay, from booking to departure. They can help to organize all your needs from provisions for your stay to Chefs and Butlers.

Lockrum Estates is a perfect area because you are not too far from the West End with its fabulous hotels and world renowned restaurants....but equally you are close to The Valley and all the towns amenities....close by the ferry terminal 5 minutes one way and the airport is five minutes the other way! Why the Owner Chose Lochrum Bay: I have been coming to Anguilla since 1977. When I decided to buy a villa, location was paramount. I wanted somewhere near the West End and all the facilities that the West End of the Island enjoys with easy and quick access to the Valley and the Airport and the Ferry to St. Martin. This location could not be better placed to enjoy all the facilities of Anguilla without feeling you are having to drive to get anywhere.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa: Three Dolphins really is on the sea, ..we access the beach from a gate right on the property. You really can watch your family/friends snorkel from either the deck over looking the beach or your bedroom balcony or the cabana swinging bamboo bed.
A five minute drive to the Golf Course and two minute drive to the Tennis Academy makes both of those facilities quick and easy from Three Dolphins.
The wonderful Three Dolphin housekeepers, Kathleen and Jocelyn, have been here from the beginning, even before me, and provide great service and will as one guest wrote about them, 'You made our special vacation even more wonderful'.
