Near the heart of downtown Old Town Fort Collins, this newly built complex is a perfect fit for your vacation or executive rental. Pine Street Loft is a spacious one bedroom loft, featuring a full kitchen with granite counters, front porch and back patio with a gas grill.
Tastefully decorated, with comfort in mind, this unit has one bedroom, king or two twins, with an attached bath, with double vanity, shower and soaking tub. The living room has a queen size Murphy bed, half bath, gas fireplace, cable TV, and DVD player. This is a non-smoking loft.
This unit is an easy walk to everywhere in Old Town and the river trails along the Poudre River.

One of our best VRBO experiences. Very nice accommodations, located very close to all the Old Town amenities. The loft is in a new well secured, handicap accessible building situated two blocks from the heart of old town Fort Collins. Underground Indoor parking with elevator made for easy private access to unit. The loft is spacious, with an excellent flow providing a very comfortable setting for our visit. We arrived to find the unit very clean and well provisioned with modern appliances and quality kitchen tools. The location is amazing with dozens of restaurants, night spots, and gelato shops within easy walking distance. Starbucks is one block away. The famous 75 years old Silver Grille (breakfast and lunch) is one block away. Fort Collins is home to the Colorado State Campus and hence a vibrant college community. There are many nearby areas for hiking and exploring. Donna was very responsive to all our questions and had many suggestions for activities and the best places to eat. Really enjoyed our stay at this loft. Everything exceeded our expectations, and it was fun to be downtown. Certainly plan on coming again. Thank you Donna, for your attention to all the details!
