For your comfort, Inspiration at La Paloma is furnished with a huge leather sectional with tons of pillows and throws in the great room - perfect for watching cable on the 32 inch screen, a DVD from the collection, or just taking a snooze.
The master suite is very spacious and features a 14 inch thick king-size pillow-top mattress and high thread count sateen sheets, double sinks, a double-size shower, giant walk-in closet and 20 inch TV with cable. Two other bedrooms are distinctly decorated and feature queen-size pillow-top mattresses and 440 thread count sateen sheets and extra pillows, spacious closets, and ceiling fans. The fourth bedroom features a twin-size bed with a twin-size trundle stored underneath. Both are covered with bright colored Ralph Lauren sheets for a cheery atmosphere.
Outside, you will find a private yard and covered patio featuring separate seating areas. Only steps from the front door, is the community pool and spa which is heated year round for your enjoyment. If you have little ones with you, there are two playgrounds and lots of green grassy areas just steps from the house. The Paseo Trail project is accessible just outside the La Paloma community gates for miles of paved, lighted paths for bike riding, roller blading, or just walking!
The Valley of the Sun is a "happening" place with something for everyone. Professional sports teams include the Arizona Diamondback (MLB), the Arizona Cardinals (NFL), Phoenix Coyotes (NHL), Arizona Rattlers (Arena Football), Cactus League Spring Training (MLB), Professional Golf Tournaments, NASCAR racing and more! The Arabian Horse Show, Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, Bondurant Racing School, Broadway Shows, Concerts, Art Festivals, Children’s Science Museum, Rock n Roll Marathon, Fiesta Bowl, Tempe’s New Years Block Party and many more activities are La Paloma favorites.
