We enjoyed this beautiful condo with our two teen age kids and my mother in law during spring break. The condo is very tastefully decorated with marble and granite and we felt right at home. We like to be "away from it all" and loved the fact that we did not have lots of people invading our space on the beach or by the pool. We booked this condo and then found out that the week before Easter is a big Mexican holiday and were concerned of the noise and population. No worries at this condo complex. We loved the chaise lounges under the Palapas in the grass and spent a lot of time there. The "local residents" of the other condos were very helpful and welcoming. We loved the fact that we could walk down the steps from the veranda/lanai to the pool and then to the white sand beach. We decided the 2nd floor is the way to go! Thanks again Chi and Blue Caribbean for all your help. We would love to come back and spend a month next spring! We would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family. We would recommend going to Akumal to snorkel and swim in the lagoon and to swim with turtles in Half Moon Bay. It's easy to get to Puerto Aventuras without a car but once there, if you are not going to go on arranged excursions and take a tour bus, you will need a car. There is a car rental place just outside of the village that will rent cars for about $60 a day and up, which is what we did since we only needed a car for a couple of days.

We have visited the Riviera Maya area many times over the years, and this was the first time we stayed in a condo. Our experience was perfect!! The unit looks exactly as pictured. My husband and I were joined by another couple, and since this condo has 2 big bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms we had lots of privacy. Housekeeping came in every other day to clean and replace towels. Bottled water is provided by the management company, and there is a Chedraui grocery store a couple of miles away that has the feel of an American supercenter. We rented a car for the week and toured Sian Ka-an Biosphere Reserve, the Coba Mayan ruins, Playa del Carmen for dinner, all within reasonable distance to the condo. There are also great restaurants within walking distance. The sand beach is very small, but the condo association has a large, beautifully maintained grass yard in front of the beach with lounge chairs and palapas which are much more comfortable for relaxing outside. We loved how quiet it was!! There are many permanent residents in this area, so it has a very different feel than an all-inclusive. If you are looking for a home-away-from-home in quiet surroundings, this is the place for you!! We would not hesitate to stay here again.

My family and I really enjoyed our weekend stay at your condo in Puerto Aventuras. The condo was very clean, spacious and in a great location. The stairway that leads directly to the pool area and the beach was a wonderful plus, as was the Jacuzzi tub on the porch.

The listing faithfully described this property. It is a comfortable and well appointed condo with nice views of the beach and ocean. If you plan on cooking, you will find the kitchen fairly well-equipped. The unit is on the second floor so the ocean breeze was all the cooling that was needed (at least in January). The guest room is equipped with queen beds instead of the usual double beds which sets this property apart from most similar condos. The small retail community adjacent to the Omni Hotel offers a nice variety of shops and restaurants. These are best reached by a short walk on the beach. There is a decent-sized grocery store in the community of Puerto Aventuras but it is a pretty good walk from the condo. A trip to Playa Del Carmen can be combined with grocery shopping at a larger chain if you want a better selection. Most side trips to attractions will require a car or taxi (or bus). All-in-all, we had a great experience with nice accommodations and beautiful weather. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. It was comfortable and you have done a great job decorating. The availability of the queen beds in the guest bedroom was very important to us so that worked out nicely The weather was perfect so our vacation couldn't have been better. I had not been to the Caribbean side of Mexico before and we are sure to return. Unfortunately, we came home to cold, snow and ice! Thanks again

The beach front condo is perfect for a family vacation, the condo is cozy and very clean with all the amenity provided; the easy access to the reef is a huge attraction for my family, the kids (of 10,11, 13), and I were snorkeling around the reef all day, the sea animals by the reef were amazingly, it's as good and or better than some other snorkeling site that we had been around. Property owner and management was really helpful in providing local tips as well. The location of the condo is great, it's close to the major attractions. We would definitely return in our future trips to Mayan Riviera.

The condo is beautiful! So comfortable and great location. We rented a golf cart to explore the town, also loved snorkeling and boogie boarding in front of omni. The condo has everything and on site manager was very helpful. Very spacious, clean and luxurious accommodations. Thank you!

The condo is very nice. It is located on the beach. It has a terrace with ocean view and a jaccuzzi and the stairs lead you directly to the pool area. Condo has two bedrooms, main bedroom is big and has ocean view. Everything is new and well manteined. You get cleaning service every other day. You can walk along the beach or walk to the Marina and enjoy different small restaurants as well as watch the dolphins that are kept there. Puerto Aventuras feels very calm and safe. It is very close to Playa del Carmen, Xplor ,Xcaret and oher attractions.

My husband and I stayed in your oceanfront condo for five nights ending October 1. I have never enjoyed Puerto Aventuras so much. We could walk to the diving each morning and to restaurants in the evening. The condo is beautifully decorated and everything was spotless. We had a great stay and hope to return soon. My wife and I stayed there in late July 2010. We had a great time. The place is nicely appointed and the bed is comfortable. We love the fact that there was a pool and beach and snorkeling all right there for us any time we wanted. With the internet access there we were able to call home a few times on Skype for just a few pennies. The kitchen had all the things we needed minus the groceries and the washer dryer came in handy to dry our things. There was even a soft cooler in the kitchen so we could take a few drinks with us to the pool. Within a short distance of the place you can swim in a Cenote, have a romantic dinner at Tu Parador, get a massage on the beach in Playa Del Carmen, and swim with the turtles in Akumal. Do yourself a favor and stay here, I will be back for sure. KH

We rented your condominium for Spring Break this year, from March 15-22. We had the right amount of space for the five of us, and we absolutely loved the setting, the pool, the quietude, the feeling of congeniality among the fellow condominium guests, and the beauty of the sea! Within two days we had made friends with other parents, and our children were romping in the water like a pack of lemmings, finding all sorts of creatures and burying each other in the sand. My husband and sons enjoyed the golf course, and the Dolphin swim was quite an experience. Thank you for making your home available to us! take care

This is a very nice quiet clean condo with excelent beds , great kitchen deck area and acces to both pool and sea. we enjoyed snorkeling and saw lots of sea life including rays, turtles and many many colorful fish it was great. The location is great with many places to see and good places to eat within walking distance and with a car great location to Tulum, Akumal and Play del carman. All in all we highly recomend this condo

We had a very good time at your condo it is a very well kept clean comfortable place to stay we all enjoyed ourselves while at your condo. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook some meals ourselves as well as the choices of places to eat within walking distance. We really enjoyed the snorkelling out front of your condo area we saw a great deal of sea life including large rays, sea turtles and countless colourful fish it was my personal favourite part of our whole stay in Mexico. Just a quick note to let you know how much Lindsay and Chris enjoyed their stay at your condo Lindsay's words were It was FABULOUS !!! Blue Caribbean company was great! They were very well looked after . They are so glad to be so close to Puerto Aventuras and had a wonderful time swimming with the dolphins! Also they were glad not to be at an all-inclusive resort ,as they loved the unique shops and outdoor restaurants availabe if they wanted to have dinner out. Our family spent a wonderful week in Puerto Adventuras and this lovely condo during spring break. The condo is beautiful, homey, nice, comfortable, clean, well-cared for, and roomy. The 2.5 baths was perfect. There were four of us and we all had the privacy we needed and togetherness we wanted. The patio hot tub was a favorite. We thoroughly enjoyed getting to know our neighbors but weren't bothered with noise or interruptions. The view is breathtaking....the water divine! We walked up the beach several times a day to enjoy the little village area of Puerto Adventuras. The beach is great for any time of the day walking and shell collecting. I found several large shells that had washed up on the shore. Back to the condo, the check in and out was fast, friendly, and easy. The staff is wonderful. Within walking distance there are many things to do and enjoy. I would recommend this property to anyone, we loved it and would love to return to this exact area someday. Enjoy!

We've just returned from our 9 day stay at your beautiful condo in Mexico. We loved the setting, enjoyed the teal blue ocean, the pool, the wonderful neighbors, the roomy nice beautiful condo of yours, and all the area had to offer. Several times a day we walked the beach, hunted for shells, watched the pelicans, boats, parasailing, etc. We discovered "Bamboo" the little ice cream and cafe shop nearby and it was a daily habit. The outdoor Jacuzzi was a treat! The weather was divine...a touch windy but always warm & nice. The full moon lit up the sky and the beach at night this past week which was an extra treat. Your neighbors spoke highly of you. I looked for a "guest book" to sign and after not finding one we wrote you a note in a notebook we had and left it with the stack of books and magazines in the living room. I also added a book about the area with your collection for future guests. Thank you for the opportunity to rent your place. We made many fond family memories there and wish to return someday.

I was planning on writing to you today to tell you what an absolutely marvelous time we had in your condo. It is beautiful, beautiful. Your wife is very very talented. Everything about it suited our needs, and the only thing we could have wished for was another week! We definitely plan to return sometime, hopefully very soon. Thank you again for your graciousness and all the suggestions. Actually, we do have a couple of things to pass along to you: a fabulous, cheap restaurant where only Mexicans eat that was suggested to me by Beatriz in Rosa’s office – it’s in Playa del Carmen around 35th and has the most incredible seafood soups, paella, and ceviches. If I find the name, I’ll send it to you, but you can ask Beatriz and she’ll remember. There’s also one in TUlum, but she says the one in Playa del Carmen is much better. We know the couple who own Zamas in Tulum through our son’s school, and so we went there for the late afternoon-evening one night and ate at their restaurant. It was great, had nice music (kind of jazz-y) and lively. Then our last night, we stayed at Casa Magna in Tulum. Absolutely gorgeous beach, beautiful hotel (it used to be Pablo Escobar’s mansion) and just loved it as the perfect contrast to your condo. So thank you again, and I’m so glad we found you on that website. Have a happy Easter and a good time down there during spring break.

Good Morning, As we sit here basking in our -43 wind chill, our holiday seems like a figment of our imagination! We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your condo for the past two weeks. After exploring PA, we truly realized what a beautiful spot we had! Having the internet hookup and the "washer and dryer" were two advantages that we really appreciated-it was nice not to come home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry! We spent two weeks in this condo the winter of 2008 and enjoyed it so much we are back this winter. It is a beautiful, spacious unit located on the beach well within walking distance of all the amenities in Puerto Aventuras. The biggest plus for us was the Internet connection (not available in a lot of other units). It allowed us to easily keep in touch with kids and aging parents. The private entrance to the pool and the beach was also a bonus. It is a truly a holidayer's paradise!

Extremely clean, warm, relaxing and decorated with taste...just a few words to describe this condo. You will not be disappointed! My family and I spent five days in June of 2007 enjoying our stay. White sand beaches, a nice variety of dining opportunities within walking distance and snorkeling at your whim will enhance your vacationing experience even if you never venture out of Puerto Aventuras. On the other hand, more adventure and cultural experiences are yours within a short drive to nearby towns. Akumal was our favorite place to snorkel.

My boyfriend and I stayed here after deciding on a quieter vacation in Puerto Aventuras. You can't do much better in the area, it's a gorgeous, spacious condo with all the amenities you could want and then some. Tastefully decorated and tons of room for 6+ people, it also serves very well for entertaining. The master bedroom is huge and there is a jacuzzi off the balcony that you can sit in and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. This does have an unobstructed view of the ocean. The pool is fantastic though quite chilly but you do have the ocean just a few steps away. Owners were also a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend!

Just got back last night from our vacation to PA. What a great place you have! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location is ideal, and we took advantage of much of what was around the area. We particularly enjoyed the marina - my daughter and I walked down every day to check on the animals, etc. The people from Blue Caribbean were very helpful with everything we needed.

We stayed here a year ago and it is a fantastic place. The condo had an excellent location on the beach. It is very nice, roomy and comfortable. The owners were accommodating and excellent to deal with. Puerto Aventura is a self contained village, good restaurants and a beautiful well protected beach. I would highly recommend staying here. Just a note to thank you for the great time we spent at your condo in Mexico. It is a lovely location, the service is top notch and the condo is beautiful - your wife has a great "eye". The first day we had trouble getting the new TV to work and mentioned it to Rosa...by the time we returned later in the afternoon, they had replaced it. Pretty impressive service.
