  We have been to Goa in the month of March, This was our first visit to Goa and we have decided to stay in North Goa. We did read lot of reviews about lot of apartment and finally we decided to select this apartment because of the photos of the property. Immediately, we sent an email to Dominic seeking the availability. Within no time, we got the reply along with all relevant information and few snaps of the property. We were zapped to see the photos and crossed our figures to see the same in Goa (i slightly has a doubt that the original place may not as beautiful as there are showing in the photo). After receiving the confirmation, we started from Bangalore in our car. It took 10 hours for us to reach Goa and throughout the way property manager, Mrs. Lobo was calling us and assisting us. Once we reach the destination, i was really amazed to see the beauty. the scenic view of the surrounding area was marvelous. The place is very comfortable and equipped with all the basic amenities. Kitchen is well equipped too (actually, i did tried frying fish for first time in my life). The rooms are pretty big and airy. Over all, it was one of our best holiday and the credit goes to Dominic and Logo for making all the arrangement seamlessly. Thanks guys.

  Goa Vacation Home made our holiday perfect. We stayed for almost 10 days and the stay was such pleasant that my family and me are looking ahead to visit Goa once again. The location is perfect, with mornings greeted by chirping birds. The place is huge and clean. Support staff are very cooperative and keep the place clean and comfortable. The House itself gives a clear veiw of sea and the village downhills is so scenic that we preferred to stay indoors for two days to enjoy . Guest are suggested to arrange for self driven vehicle on rent and this will make the stay much better.

  We were 4 couple friends looking out for an optimal stay at Goa for 4 days. This Apartment gave us just what we wanted, a great living room for all of us to unwind and celebrate together as well as individual spaces in our respective bedrooms. Peaceful surroundings and greenery with birds chirping welcomed us every morning. The apartment looks exactly how it is seen on the site :) The Manager and the cleaner were helpful in all possible ways. Truly we felt HOME away from home.

  This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking to vacation in Goa. Reasonable prices and great accommodations. The rooms are EXACTLY as shown in the pictures are they are air conditioned and very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with basic appliances and utensils. The views are unbelievable on all sides of the apartment. Its a short drive away from the beach and the capital city of Panaji. The attendants help with everything from cleaning up the place to laundry and small chores (make sure to tip). We rented a registered driver without whom we would not have had the experience we did. (Ask for Francis). We had an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Goa.

  Huge apartment far from the madding crowd. Very nice bedrooms with attached baths( showers ). Very clean; helpful cleaner who lives below. You need a car to get to the beach or Panjim. The caretaker Mrs. Lobo gave us the number of a very good car firm ( ask for Sandesh ). The apartment is on top of a hill with a lot of bird life around it.

  The name - Goa Vacation Homes - is a little misleading as one expects a rabbit warren of tiny apartments,but instead is flabbergasted surprised by the gigantic four bedroom fully equipped flat one walks into. An experience I will always cherish will be sitting on the main balcony overlooking the bay listening to a Goan wedding playing traditional mandos in the distance, all the while, jamming with a rock concert in the other direction! Another big plus is not just the peace of the neighbourhood; not being hassled by tourist traps, but also the efficient caretaker/security guard/oddjob boy - Viru. We wish we could have stayed longer, or better yet, moved in permanently!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We had fantastic holidays in Goa. Thanks to your apartment, we felt at home. We were four couples and with my1.5 year kid. We all enjoyed staying at the apartment thoroughly. For my daughter, we could prepare home food in the kitchen. Overall, the apartment is exactly like what is shown in the website - cozy, clean, neat and well maintained. The scenery from the balcony of the bedroom is awakening. Most of our fun-filled time was spent in the hall. We wished if we had planned to stay longer! Thank you very much Dominic for making our holidays memorable. Tip for other visitors: Restaurant "Sea Pebbles" on the Dona Paula beach, very near to the apartment, is highly recommended for fantastic sea food dinner (we went there twice in our 3 nights stay!). Lastly, thanks to Beeru for excellent hospitality! Looking forward for our next holidays at GOA vacation homes!

  We reached there at nite... in z beginning we thought where was z taxi man taking us...but wen we reached n entered z apartment we were amazed.... it was so wonderful n out of z world both inside as well as z view extending to our eyes outside.... we spent 3 nights n 4 days there.... we enjoyed all facilities and the maid service was perfect... tip top clean everyday frm bedroom to bathroom going thru kitchen and all... We got good food from a joint nearby on delivery which was quiote fast as proposed by housekeeper on our first nite... All attractions and activities are within reach of the apartment.... We are definitely going back to this place again and very soon! Thks Dominic for making Goa such a special place n best part of our holidays! Hope to b back soon!

  Stayed in this beautiful apartment with a nice valley view as well as the sea. A perfect place for a big family to stay and enjoy GOA to its fullest. Being ideally located we could go to almost all the tourist attractions very easily . The apartment is apt for a comfortable stay , very clean , with all the basic requirements a person needs. Though a washing machine/dish washer wouldnt be out of place if made avaialble in this apartment. Would definately visit again !!

  I took a short break to Goa (17th - 20th June) with couple of my friends. It was a business combined with leisure trip. I wanted a very private place, easily accessible and with basic amenities. I came across Dominic's home away holiday rentals and instantly decided to go with it. It's a nicely furnished, scenically located, 4 bedroom apartment and the main feature of this apartment is its view. All the 4 bedroom are well equipped with basic amenities with attached baths, also the apartment is very well maintained.They also have a kitchen.The ambience is very calm and safe. Miramar beach is just 10 minutes drive, you are ideally centrally located, yet away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I liked the professional approach, the character and the ambience of the place, it was a memorable stay, I surely look forward to spend few more days on my next visit to Goa.
