We are proud to offer you our new luxury beach cottage located just east of Seaside, Florida. Built in 2005 and fully furnished with pieces from Pottery Barn, Thomasville and Riverside.

The villa is located just 100 yards to your private beach access and the on site heated swimming pool. Relax on your huge private screened-in porch. This hideaway is nestled between Seaside and Rosemary Beach.

Two owners suites with one having a king-size bed and the other a queen-size bed. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Each suite also has a 19 inch TV with digital cable. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a 19 inch TV with digital cable. It also has access to a full bath.

High speed internet and wireless connection available in the home.

Magnolia By The Sea offers a heated swimming pool along with deeded beach access located just 100 yards from the villa!

The following quality products are featured in the home: Nine foot smooth ceilings throughout, Kohler fixtures throughout, hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms, tile in all the baths, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, bead board in the bathrooms. Exterior showers to wash the sand off before you enter the home. The exterior is made of Hardi Plank. This is a cement board that has the appearance of wood.
