This wonderful beach ranch style home is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are not any streets to cross along the way.
The home is a single floor home with an open floor plan. There are 2 sitting/entertaining areas in the home both equipped with plenty of seating and TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a seperate dining area. There are 3 bedrooms, all have a private bath, Tv and all the rooms are very comfortable with a nice decor and have been recently updated
The pool area is sunny, there is a tiki bar area, loungers, grill and dining area making this the perfect place to relax in the sun if you are not at the beach. The entire backyard is completely fenced which is rare for Hilton Head Island and perfect for the kids or if you are bringing you furry famly member.

This is the perfect location and house for a young family - 8 people comfortably or more if you don't mind the floor in the sunroom. The beach is not crowded like other areas that we have stayed at and the pool is perfect for the kids. The bathrooms and kitchen are nice - very functional. Plenty of space and TVs for people to spread out. Quiet neighborhood with other rentals in the area that had many nice families - mostly from the upper midwest for some reason. We have had great weather for the last 3 years during the last week of July/first week of August...
