This wonderful beach ranch style home is less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and there are not any streets to cross along the way.
The home is a single floor home with an open floor plan. There are 2 sitting/entertaining areas in the home both equipped with plenty of seating and TVs. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a seperate dining area. There are 3 bedrooms, all have a private bath, Tv and all the rooms are very comfortable with a nice decor and have been recently updated.
The pool area is sunny, there is a tiki bar area, loungers, grill and dining area making this the perfect place to relax in the sun if you are not at the beach. The entire backyard is completely fenced which is rare for Hilton Head Island and perfect for the kids or if you are bringing you furry family member.

The house met every expectation and then some! Very clean with a well stocked kitchen and lots of room. The pool was on the cool side due to the early part of the season, but we still enjoyed it. And it seemed to get warmer as the week went on. We took our dog and the fenced yard was a bonus.Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

This is the perfect location and house for a young family - 8 people comfortably or more if you don't mind the floor in the sunroom. The beach is not crowded like other areas that we have stayed at and the pool is perfect for the kids. The bathrooms and kitchen are nice - very functional. Plenty of space and TVs for people to spread out. Quiet neighborhood with other rentals in the area that had many nice families - mostly from the upper midwest for some reason. The guest bedroom with a King bed, TV and a private bath, the bedroom is located at the rear of the home.

This bathroom is to the bunk bed room, the bath is small and cute making it perfect for the kids.

The home is wonderfully updated and extremely cozy, the main room has cathedral ceilings, a fireplace, a large flat screen TV and updated furnishings.

The wonderful sun room has a large flat screen TV, this room is at the back of the home and looks out onto the pool area.

A wonderful private pool that can be heated for an additional charge. There is plenty of seating, lounge chairs, a dining area, a tikki bar and there is also a grill so come and enjoy.
