Our beautiful little red roof house is just steps away from sandy beaches and the Yachats River. Walk to town and enjoy the quaint little shops, restaurants, espresso bars, art galleries, or wine shops. For the night crowd, enjoy music at the Drift Inn Family Pub for a great atmosphere. There is great agate hunting close by as well as great hiking trails at Cape Perpetua. Yachats is the best kept secret along the Oregon Coast.
Our beautiful home is located 25 miles north of Florence or 25 miles south of Newport. Florence has great golfing and sand dunes. In Newport, you must visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium or try your luck at deep sea fishing.
Our smoke-free house sleeps five. There is a handicap entrance. One queen-size bed in the master bedroom and one double bed with one single bed in the loft. Two full baths. A fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher and washer, dryer in the laundry room. All linens and towels provided. Parking for two vehicles.

My spouse and our two teenagers stayed 4 nights in mid August in conjunction with a family wedding on the beach. The home was very clean, modern and comfortable. Far enough from 101 to avoid road noise, but not too far from Yachats town center and beach for walking. Good value we thought. The listing was accurate as were the photos. Rental agent was pleasant to deal with.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

House is charming, very well equipped and set up well for a family. The fans are a great touch and the deck is really pleasant!
