  Our family of four-my husband and I as well as our son, 20, and daughter,18, spent six nights in Fazia and Alejandro's beautiful apartment. Our son, a University of Wisconsin college student studying abroad at UPV for the semester told us before we came that the apartment is "in the coolest square in Valencia". Fazia very promptly and kindly answered all of our emails before we arrive. We met Fazia and Alejandro outside of a cafe in the building where the apartment is situated and they showed us into the lovely apartment. It was perfect for our family of four. Fazia spent a great deal of time making recommendations of sites we should not miss while in Valencia and marked a map very clearly with all of the sites. We followed her advice and saw nearly every one of the sites she recommended. We took a day trip to Alicante and drove along the beautiful Costa Blanca and she was even communicating with us on our day trip making recommendations! The location of the apartment could not have been better. The beautiful cathedral and basilica were both steps away and we were in Valencia during Holy Week and were able to attend Mass at both. Valencia is beautiful and friendly, it is very easy to get around and see the sites, the weather was wonderful, and we enjoyed every moment there. We were so glad to come back to a beautiful apartment with all amenities needed at the end of the day. The grocery store is just a couple of blocks away through winding streets in the beautiful city center. Many good restaurants and shops are just steps away. Please consider staying at this lovely apartment!

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Diese Wohnung ist perfekt! Sie ist zentral gelegen, dennoch ruhig, gosszügig sowie mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Valencia ist eine tolle Stadt und den Tips der Vermieterin sollte man ohne zu zögern folgen. Wir können die Adresse für einen Auftenthalt "zu Zweit" oder mit Familie wärmstens empfehlen.   I would like to start with saying a big thanks to Fazia for making us feel so welcome and recommending the best places to visit, places to eat and local drinks (aqua de valencia) YUM. You could not ask for more the apartment is so central and convenient. The local market was out of this world you get nothing like that in Inverness Scotland. It is well worth a visit. The whole valencia experience was fantastic the shops are on your door step in fact everything you need is on your door step (I wanted to stay in your apartment Fazia FOREVER!!!) The town square at night was so lovely the beautiful buildings take on a complete new look by the light of the November moon. I could go on for hours! If you want a real taste of Old Valencia town and a lovely apartment to experience it from you cant go wrong with this one. I am looking forward to repeating the experience next year as one week was just not enough! Fazia we will be back maybe we will see again you in mama's kitchen for Paella :)

  This apartment is palatial. It is huge, and the furniture and decor are lovely! It is well stocked and extremely clean. The location is excellent. It is situated in a charming old building in an elegant neighbourhood. It is within walking distance of many historical attractions and there are many wonderful restaurants and tapas bars nearby. You do not need a car to stay here. If you are into fitness there are two shops nearby to rent bicycles and we highly recommend that you ride out to the old river area. Fazia, the owner was extremely helpful, and shared her passion for Valencia by suggesting many sights for us to take in. Thank you Fazia for this, as we all fell in love with beautiful Valencia and hope to return and stay in your wonderful apartment again! Larry & Yvonne, Victoria BC, Canada

When we wanted extra blankets one night we got them within 30 minutes from asking, thats fantastic service!! Everything we wanted out of our stay in Valencia we got much thanks to you guys!   Wow! That's what you'll say when you walk in as well. The apartment was absolutely beautiful. We were travelling from the U.S. with 3 people, and there was certainly more than enough space. The apartment was very clean and quiet (back bedrooms were away from the street). The location was fantastic! Lots of great sites are easily reachable on foot. Fazia, the owner, was extremely helpful and gave us tons of great recommendations for restaurants and places to see. We just wish we had more time to do them all, and enjoy this beautiful apartment. We certainly hope to come back and stay here someday!

  I would recommend this apartment very highly! The pictures are already beautiful but the apartment in person is breathtaking! The location is great! Close to everything. This is not only a great apartment but an amazing experience. We stayed in Valencia for 2 nights and I will definitely be returning and when I do, I will be staying here again! The apartment is not only comfortable and beautiful but it feels like you are at home. There is beautiful artwork and furniture along with every thing you may need for your stay. The beds are very comfortable as well. This apartment is very large and roomy so it would be good for families or groups. The entrance, elevator, and lobby are very nice as well. On top of everything else being top notch, the owners are extremely nice and friendly. Upon our arrival, they gave us recommendations for our entire trip based on the amount of time we were there. They were on time and easy to get in touch with. There is no question that this is the apartment where you need to stay. You will NOT be disappointed!

  A beautiful and elegant apartment in a superb location. Nothing disappoints and if anything, the pictures don't really do it justice. The owner is wonderful to deal with and is so helpful and knowledgeable. My new best friend! I can't wait to go back to the apartment and Valencia. YOU MUST STAY HERE

  This was our first visit to Valencia and we count ourselves really lucky to have found such a beautiful apartment in a prime location for all the attractions. The property was immaculate, spacious and very trendy. It suited our living style perfectly. The owner was extremely helpful in arranging to meet us on arrival and to explain how we could get the most out of our stay. The photos on the website were very true to the actual space and we were not disappointed in any way.   We stayed here for a week in June including the Corpus Christi festival, for which the apartment is on the parade route just across the main square from the cathedral. It really is a fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Great decor, with well-chosen modern furnishings in a heritage building, very effective air con and a beautiful display of original prints and paintings, all go together to make this a real find, as well as a genuinely welcoming place to call home during a stay in Valencia. The owners will be happy to advise on local information and meet you on arrival but this is a really easy place to get to from the airport and to travel around Valencia from. Make sure you see the water court and the nearby main market [fantastic for buying provisions] and don't forget to take time to spend a few days on the beach and lunch at La Pepica as well as visiting some of the more sophisticated places in town. Great city, great apartment, we went with my baby son and his grandmother on a family holiday and found that both the city and apartment suited us really well, everything worked and being so close to the key commercial and cultural points in the city saved us time and meant that whatever we wanted to do or buy was on our doorstep. I couldn't recommdend the apartment or its very helpful lowners highly enough and I am sure we will be back as this was our first visit to Valencia and a week is nowhere near long enough! Its a perfect place to stay and if you are a lover of good design you won't be disappointed by the apartment's spec and its cleverly converted interior, coupled with lovely balconies along the front and even a place to dry wet swimming costumes out back; and of course the building also has a lift which is a nice luxury at the end of a long day of relaxation on the beach or around town! I also recommend the ice cream parlour across the square, sensibly open until midnight of course, a great final temptation. I know it sounds almost too good to be true but sometimes things do live up to expectations; have a great time and thanks again to Fazia and Alejandro for helping to make our stay such a pleasant one.
