The Calypso Resort and Towers is conveniently located on the west end of Panama City Beach. We are only 13 miles from the new Panama City International Airport!! We are also next to the very popular and newly rebuilt city pier and adjacent to the new and exciting Pier Park! Pier Park is now open with loads of restaurants & retail shops. You will love the convenience of having loads of great restaurants, shopping and entertainment right at your fingertips just a two minute walk away!! Some of them include: Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, The Fresh Market, Back Porch Seafood House, Five Guys Famous Burgers, Starbucks,Buffalo Wild Wings, Guglielmo's Italian Grill, Red Brick Pizza, Dillards, JCPenny, Old Navy, Ann Taylor Loft, Aeropostale, American Eagle, Bath & Body Works, Solace Day Spa, Target, Longhorn Steaks,just to name a few!! There are many more but too many to list!. We are also only minutes from other fun family activities including the Gulf World Aquarium, regular and miniature golf, go-cart riding,restaurants, shopping, and much more.
Calypso has two gorgeous pools which are the length of each tower and located directly on the beach and heated in the off-season. There is the new Calypso Tiki Bar conveniently located between the 2 beautiful pools. This is for you and your family to sit and sip beverages of all types while you relax by the pool or on the beach! You can take in the ocean view poolside or take the steps through the beautiful tropical landscape right down to the beach.
This unit is decorated with the beach in mind. The cottage-style furniture and rich colors take you away from home and put you in vacation mode. Luxury accommodations for eight to ten people include a king in the master, queen in the guest bedroom, bunks in the bunkroom, and a queen-size sleeper sofa.
There are many extras in this unit to accommodate your vacation needs. The kitchen provides all cooking utensils as well as appliances with granite countertops and a built-in wet bar (if needed). Though you cannot grill on the balcony, there is a George Foreman grill so you can still stay in and grill your favorite meals! There is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. The balcony is the length of this unit with access from the family room and the master. We have installed child locks on the front door of the unit.
We require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit to hold your reservation and a $300 REFUNDABLE damage deposit with the balance due at least 5 weeks prior to arrival. There will be no refunds (security deposit or balance paid) issued should you decide to cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to your reservation date. If there is a documented emergency (hospital or ER receipt, etc), I will work with you to reschedule your vacation dates at a non-peak time, if you are scheduled to check in less than 30 days. If it is a last minute reservation (less than 4 weeks away), the full amount must be paid at once with either a credit card or cashiers check. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover) or personal checks. We rent week to week during summer months with a Saturday check in and out. There is a three-night minimum stay during other rental periods. This is a non-smoking unit with no pets allowed. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent with proof of ID.
OIL SPILL POLICY: If the beaches officially close during your stay, you will be pro-rated for the nights missed and issued a refund for those nights missed should you decide to leave the unit.

Great place to vacation!
Great place to vacation!
We (sadly) came during a rainy, overcast week, but it was very cozy in this beautiful condo. It was an easy walk across the street to Pier Park. We had been concerned about staying on the 21st floor, but did not wait long for any elevators!! Owners are easy to deal with and communicate quickly. We would definitely recommend staying here! Gorgeous view!

The Calypso is the place to be if you have teenagers. We had a great time at this unit and my kids, 14 and 15 years old, loved all the social activity with Pier Park right next door. The 21st floor puts you above the fray, but just an elevator ride away from all the fun. Easy to deal with Heather on this too, no problems at all... exceeded my expectations.

We had a great time in Heather and John's condo. It was a girls getaway weekend for us, and even though we started out with 8 people, only 4 ended up going, so we had PLENTY of room in this condo. The bedrooms were very nice and the master with the balcony access was very lovely. The only thing I can say is the balcony furniture was worn. A couple of the chairs were ripped beyond sitting, but we just pulled a couple of the dining chairs out there so everything was good. Love the view--21st floor..you can see EVERYTHING from the balcony. Great access to the pier, and the new pier park shopping center. I would definitely rent this condo again!!!! I also loved the guest book they have at the wet bar for guests to sign and write a little note to the owners.

Very beautiful condo!! Breath taking veiw from the balcony. We stayed in condo over the 4th of July 2010.We will definatley come back. Heather was alot of help before the trip when asking questions of the area. Would recommend this condo to a friend for sure!!
