Our recently remodeled two-story townhouse is a short walk to the beach, across the street from Van Der Meer Tennis and the Players Fitness Center. Just a short distance to Coligny Plaza or golf at Shipyard Plantation.

Relax on the balcony or enjoy the view of the pool or the calming sound of the lagoon fountain. The main floor features a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a living room with queen-size sleeper sofa and digital cable TV. There is also one-half bath. The upstairs boasts two large bedrooms each with private bath, digital cable TV with 115 Digital Cable TV Channels and 45 Digital Music Channels, and plenty of closet space. High Speed Wireless Internet Access is also included.

Rental includes free use of the Players Fitness Club and access to Van Der Meer Tennis Courts with 1 hour per day of court time. Non-smokers ONLY; no pets. PayPal Accepted.

  • This beautiful villa was all that was advertised and more. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of 5. A great place for adults and children. A very nice beach access down the street at Alder Beach next to the Marriott. This place and location made our first trip to Hilton Head very special. We can't wait to go again next year.
