This was our second time staying in this condo and it was wonderful again! All the comforts of home just as described in the listing and photos. The beach was so clean and the included chairs/umbrella are a bonus! Being near Pier Park is one reason we enjoy Calypso. No need to get back in the car to go anywhere because its all in the Pier Park complex! The owners are wonderful to work with!

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

This condo was beautiful!! It was a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely stay there again! We had a wonderful time and it is right next to Pier Park which was great. Paul and Amy were wonderful to work with and made sure our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this condo to family and friends!

Paul & Amy's condo at the Calypso Resort is a great place to stay if you like shopping, great restaurants and beach activites or just relxing on the the beach. Everything is right there. Pier Park is less than a block away. Parasail, jetski, banana boat rides are all right there at the Calypso Resort. The tiki bar at the condo was a great way to start the evening. The room was comfortable, well decorated and clean. We would definetely stay there again.

Our stay here was perfect! The condo was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. It was decorated beautifully, which made for a very pleasant and enjoyable vacation. We were so glad we chose this unit. It couldn't have been any better. Being right next to Pier Park was also a plus. Thanks Paul and Amy! Hope to be back next year!

WOW!! If your looking for a little piece of paradise...look no further! Paul and Amy's condo sits on a beautiful stretch of beach where the water color resembles the Caribbean. The condo is beautifully decorated, all inclusive, and the beds are EXTREMELY comfortable! The views from the balcony are spectacular. When the sun sets, you can WALK to Pier Park where the night life is inviting. There is so much to do (para-sailing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, oyster bars, etc), or you can just relax and do nothing at all! I HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home atmosphere. Paul and Amy are wonderful and will ensure that your stay is a magnificent one! I will be back!

Paul & Amy, We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. This condo is exactly what they tell you and more! It is beautifully decorated and the BED (mattress) we slept like babies! We hope to stay again in your paradise you have created for all to enjoy. The only down side is the parking garage they need to put arrows for directions & numbers to designate the floor.

We have stayed here multiple times (5+), twice this year, and this will always be my first choice. Owner is easy to deal with and everything is perfect. Condo is excellent, great pools, beach chairs, and it is close to everything that is happening on the beach. This is a great unit in a great location. This unit is only a short walk away from Pier Park which has resturants (Margaritaville), shops and a movie theater with 16 screens. The location of the condo makes it easy to navigate around traffic during busy times using middle beach road and highway 98. I would highly recommend this unit.

Our first trip to the Gulf Coast. Absolute gorgeous view from the balcony. Condo had everything we needed and then some. Thanks Paul and Amy, we'll be back in PCB in September 2010, hopefully in the same unit as well.
