  • Paul and Amy's condo was wonderful! My son, fiance, and I had a fun time and EVERYTHING we could have thought of was in the room. No problems with the wifi, pool, beach chair use, etc. I would highly suggest those considering renting, to go direct through Paul and Amy on VRBO vs a rental site. We appreciated not having a hassle of stopping by the front desk for check in and out. I have bookmarked their unit and it's agreed between my fiance and I, that we WILL stay in this unit again!

  • This condo is fabulous!!! Everything was exactly as described. It is within walking distance to Pier Park Shopping. It has all the comforts of home. Paul and Amy were great. The view is beautiful from the 7th floor balcony and the beach chairs were very convenient. Look forward to another stay.

  • We have stayed here multiple times (4+) and this will always be my first choice. Owner is easy to deal with and everything is perfect. Unit is excellent, great pools, beach chairs, close to everything that is happening on the beach. This is a great unit in a great location. This unit is only a short walk away from Pier Park which has resturants (Margaritaville), shops and a movie theater with 16 screens. It is easy to navigate around traffic during busy times using middle beach road and highway 98. I would highly recommend this unit.

  • Our stay was wonderful at this condo. It had everything that we needed for a fun filled stay in Panama City Beach. The location is perfect and within walking distance to Pier Park. The Wood Family was pleasant to work with and very concerned that our stay was everything we had anticipated. We will definately return!!!

  • We stayed here for a softball tournament and loved every minute of it! The condo is beautiful and very comfortable (especially the king size bed in the master bedroom) Paul and Amy are very easy to work with and really cared that our stay was pleasant - will definitely stay here again!

  • We really enjoyed this condo. Very close to the new Pier Park which is great. We stayed here for a baseball tournament and several other parents were also at the Calypso in different condos, this unit was the nicest I saw. Paul was very easy to work with and very accommodating.
