Excellent condo, on the 7th floor. Very clean, Jamison bed is WONDERFUL!! No complaints at all and will be back and stay with this property again, and again, and again!! Paul Wood is excellent to work with. Amentities are great. Walking distance to Pier Park. I will be recommending to my friends.

What a great place to stay! Condo was clean and well taken care of. It had everything we needed for our stay. Its convenient location was great, short walk to Pier Park with tons of restaurants and other activities. Paul and Amy were easy to work with! I would definitely stay here again.

One of our families best vacation's ever. Great property, beautiful views, amazing beaches - it has it all! Far enough away from the college/high school spring breakers that it did not impact our stay as much as we initially thought when we first arrived at PCB. Our "landlords" were easy to work with and their unit was perfect. Very satisfied with everything.

The condo was just as the pictures advertised. Paul & Amy were good to work with and attentive to our needs. Condo had everything we needed plus more. Beautifully decorated and comfortable furniture. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. We would recommend this condo as one of the best to stay at.

This was our second time staying in this condo and it was wonderful again! All the comforts of home just as described in the listing and photos. The beach was so clean and the included chairs/umbrella are a bonus! Being near Pier Park is one reason we enjoy Calypso. No need to get back in the car to go anywhere because its all in the Pier Park complex! The owners are wonderful to work with!

Paul & Amy's condo at the Calypso Resort is a great place to stay if you like shopping, great restaurants and beach activites or just relxing on the the beach. Everything is right there. Pier Park is less than a block away. Parasail, jetski, banana boat rides are all right there at the Calypso Resort. The tiki bar at the condo was a great way to start the evening. The room was comfortable, well decorated and clean. We would definetely stay there again.

WOW!! If your looking for a little piece of paradise...look no further! Paul and Amy's condo sits on a beautiful stretch of beach where the water color resembles the Caribbean. The condo is beautifully decorated, all inclusive, and the beds are EXTREMELY comfortable! The views from the balcony are spectacular. When the sun sets, you can WALK to Pier Park where the night life is inviting. There is so much to do (para-sailing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, oyster bars, etc), or you can just relax and do nothing at all! I HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home atmosphere. Paul and Amy are wonderful and will ensure that your stay is a magnificent one! I will be back!

Paul & Amy, We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. This condo is exactly what they tell you and more! It is beautifully decorated and the BED (mattress) we slept like babies! We hope to stay again in your paradise you have created for all to enjoy. The only down side is the parking garage they need to put arrows for directions & numbers to designate the floor.

We have stayed here multiple times (5+), twice this year, and this will always be my first choice. Owner is easy to deal with and everything is perfect. Condo is excellent, great pools, beach chairs, and it is close to everything that is happening on the beach. This is a great unit in a great location. This unit is only a short walk away from Pier Park which has resturants (Margaritaville), shops and a movie theater with 16 screens. The location of the condo makes it easy to navigate around traffic during busy times using middle beach road and highway 98. I would highly recommend this unit.

This condo was wonderful!! We had a short 3 day stay and it was perfect. The condo is roomy, tastefully decorated, lush beds, bedding & towels - all the comforts of home - very cozy and super comfortable for 4 adults and 2 kids.... great view from the open balcony! Paul & Amy's condo was really nice. The bed in the master is especially good. There is lots to do and Pier Park is just down the street. The code is clean and well maintained. The wireless internet is great too. We'll definitely be back soon.

Paul and Amy's condo was wonderful! My son, fiance, and I had a fun time and EVERYTHING we could have thought of was in the room. No problems with the wifi, pool, beach chair use, etc. I would highly suggest those considering renting, to go direct through Paul and Amy on VRBO vs a rental site. We appreciated not having a hassle of stopping by the front desk for check in and out. I have bookmarked their unit and it's agreed between my fiance and I, that we WILL stay in this unit again!

We really enjoyed this condo. Very close to the new Pier Park which is great. We stayed here for a baseball tournament and several other parents were also at the Calypso in different condos, this unit was the nicest I saw. Paul was very easy to work with and very accommodating.

We really enjoyed your condo. The furnishings were great. We loved the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. We also loved the separate bathroom off of the master bedroom. My 6 year old enjoyed the playstation 2. That gave him something to do when we weren't at the beach. We will definately be returning to this condo next year. My wife and I stayed in this condo on the 7th. floor of the Calypso for a full month in January/February, 2007. While in Panama City Beach we viewed several condominium buildings and individual condo units. It is our opinion that the Calypso is the most impressive condominium building in the area, and this condo owned by Paul and Amy is a superior unit. The quality of the unit is top-notch, the view from the patio is wonderful, and the owners are friendly and considerate. As an added bonus, there is a world renowned beach just below your patio. Owners give 110% to this property; it was a pleasure to do business with them. I was pleasantly surprised when the phone rang and they were checking to see that everything was satisfactory upon my arrival. The property had all the comforts of home, down to the soft towels. We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo. Our daughter's softball team stayed at the resort so we were able to see several units and this was one of the nicest!! Paul and Amy are wonderful...very helpful! The bed is super comfortable! The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need. A great unit for kids and family. You cannot go wrong here!

This is a fabulous unit with wonderful owners. We were there with a softball team and had a chance to see several different units, and this was by far the nicest of our group. It is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The 7th floor is just perfect with a fantastic view. There is no doubt when we return to Panama City that I hope to be able to rent this very same unit through the Wood family. You will not be disappointed if you chose this unit coming from someone who is VERY picky!!

We stayed at the condo during the Spring. It was newly decorated and very nicely furnished. It's very comfortable and has everything you need for a stay at the beach. Great view of the beach from the balcony and walking distance to the public pier. Can't wait to stay in the condo again!
