Front of house - Fraser, Colorado House Located in the town of Fraser and right next to Winter Park, it is only 65 miles from Denver International Airport. This home is perfect for either winter or summer vacationers. Located only minutes to Winter Park Ski Resort. This area is a favorite for skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and snowboarding in winter. Summer activities include mountain biking (over 600 miles of off-road trails), hiking, camping, fishing, rafting, and close to three golf courses (one of which is nationally ranked, Pole Creek). Stunning views of the Great Divide, the Rocky Mountains, and Arapahoe National Forest. Our home was newly constructed in 2004 with all amenities. It is a three level attached House, with three bedrooms and two and 1/2 bathrooms, for a total of around 1400 square feet plus a two car Garage. There is a large master with bath, a second bedroom that sleeps two (queen-size bed)which opens to the lower balcony and private hot tub and hammock area, and the third bedroom with bunk beds that could sleep three. Living area has balcony with great views. A barbecue is available for the warmer months which is roughly May through October. The winter season picks up in late November through April. There are also great neighbors to help point in the right direction. Satellite TV and internet available.
