You and your family will enjoy the privacy of this 2400 square foot, four bedroom, two bath, newly renovated home. This Lakefront home is surrounded by woods. Enjoy all the perks of Lakefront living and take one of the 2 boats out for a day of fishing or sightseeing. Spend an afternoon having a picnic at the lake & enjoy swimming and fishing while you barbecue on the grill.
The main living area is located on the 2nd floor and has a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining area, living room with 32 inch TV, Playstation II with a nice selection of games and all new modern furnishings, Fireplace, three bedrooms each with King-Size Beds with brand new pillow top mattresses, and One full bath. Take in the breathtaking views of the wooded lot and lake from one of our two enclosed Sunrooms. Prepare dinner and dine out on the sunporch surrounded by windows with panoramic views.
The first floor has a state of the art Family/Game Room with a Pool Table, Air Hockey, Darts, a 32 inch TV/Digital Cable, Playstation I with games, Fireplace, Bar area with refrigerator, blender, and barware. There is also a Bedroom with a King-Size bed on the first floor with a full bath as well. Also there is an enclosed Sunroom on the first floor so you can enjoy your morning coffee while relaxing and taking in the views.
Our new Central Air Conditioning assures you that even on the hottest summer days all of your creature comforts can be met! Awakened refreshed in the morning after a good nights sleep on our new pillow top King mattresses then brew a fresh pot of coffee and sit out on one of the 2 fully furnished Sunrooms and take in the true beauty of the "True Lakefront Experience." See as many as 20 deer grazing in the huge backyard or witness a family of ducks swimming on the lake. "LuLu the deer" is very friendly and always greets you while on your vacation.
Venture out on the lake in our New ten-foot extra wide flat bottom Fishing Boat. Fishing is extraordinary on this 110 Acre Lake, with all species of freshwater fish, Large Mouth Bass, Chain Pickerel, Carp and Catfish just to name a few, so if you are a novice fisherman or a pro, "Bring Your Tackle". Or, for some sun and sightseeing take out the Peddle Boat with on board cooler and cruise the lake in "Style".
Also you may venture out to one of the other four lakes this community has to offer, 5 lakes total! This house is located on one of the largest lakes in the community. Enjoy a day on the lake for some sightseeing or fishing, the choice is yours.

We Loved this location when we first saw how the beautiful & Private it is along with being right on the lake sold us the first time we saw the area.
Our Lake house sits on a wooded lot where many deer frequent. We are greeted by our 4 legged friends every morning! Since we love to fish, we both enjoy the luxury of walking out of our door and the convenience of having our boats right in our own backyard. We also love being able to use the Pool in Summer and enjoy the Indoor Pool & Sauna all year round, never running out of things to do to keep us occupied. We also love the convenience of being close to Camelback Ski Resort and the Crossing's Shopping Outlets as well.

Rita and John, The house was amazing. It rained for most of our weekend there, but we were able to keep ourselves entertained with the game room, hot tub, and general shenanigans a group of kids can have while away! The view was amazing, the lake was so fun (cold or not, we went out, and it was great!), and the house had all the amenities I could ask for. I was able to keep in contact you all weekend with questions I had. Prior to the vacation you were amazing! You kept me updated, and were extremely flexible and helpful! The Wal-Mart that was less than five minutes away was god sent! We went, honestly, everyday. The house was enough for us, we didn't even go anywhere else! My friends and I rented the house in mid Aug. We made good use of amenities and games provides. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. We stayed in most of the evenings playing pool and poker. The location of the house is very convenient. Couple golf courses minutes away and ATV nearby.We had a great time there.

We stayed in this rental Jan 16-19. The house was roomy and clean, easy to find and the driveway allowed for plenty of room for four cars. We skied Camelback and the resort was very close. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of sking. I would definitley reccomend this to groups. This was the only property on VRBO that I could find that had all king beds.

We stayed in this home for our annual family trip to the Poconos. We have 8 adults and 2 small children and felt this was enough room for us to spread out, between the living room and the family room. It was also nice to have 4 bedrooms each with King beds. The game room kept the kids occupied and the jacuzzi was enjoyed by the adults. We were very close to shopping (walmart and outlets) and Camelback. Nice quiet neighborhood. If coming to this home for first time try to get there before it gets dark as the development is very dark at night. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful White Christmas! We loved feeding the deer in the morning and the evening. We found they like dried fruit and nuts. Spent Christmas eve at Camelback & Christmas night at Big Boulder Snow Boarding. Went tubing on the 26th had a blast but long lines since it's a Holiday Week. Camelback is the Best place for Snow Tubing for the whole family! We came all the way from Texas! It was a nice visit and we'll miss the deer!! Terry, Shai, Michael, and Evonda

We had an awesome time at the house! It was very comfortable, plenty of room and plenty of things to do. We definitely want to come back in the summer and again in the winter. We had the deer visit us every morning, they really like brownies, but they're not big fans of popcorn. LuLu ate straight out of our hands! We relaxed a good amount, a lot of it in the hot tub which was Awesome! The big kitchen table was a plus and also the Big Beds. We did a good amount of shopping at the Outlet stores & went tubing one night. Thanks for everything! Kevin, Mike, Justin, Lindsay, Zach, Katie, and Craig.
