The view of the lake is beautiful. We went to snowboard/ski at Camelback but we truly enjoyed the home. Thanks again!

Hello John & Rita, I wanted to drop a quick thank you for having us stay in your wonderful accommodations. The surprise 30th birthday was a great success. Rita and John, The house was amazing. It rained for most of our weekend there, but we were able to keep ourselves entertained with the game room, hot tub, and general shenanigans a group of kids can have while away! The view was amazing, the lake was so fun (cold or not, we went out, and it was great!), and the house had all the amenities I could ask for. I was able to keep in contact you all weekend with questions I had. Prior to the vacation you were amazing! You kept me updated, and were extremely flexible and helpful! The Wal-Mart that was less than five minutes away was god sent! We went, honestly, everyday. The house was enough for us, we didn't even go anywhere else! My friends and I rented the house in mid Aug. We made good use of amenities and games provides. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the game room. We stayed in most of the evenings playing pool and poker. The location of the house is very convenient. Couple golf courses minutes away and ATV nearby.We had a great time there.

We stayed in this rental Jan 16-19. The house was roomy and clean, easy to find and the driveway allowed for plenty of room for four cars. We skied Camelback and the resort was very close. The hot tub was awesome after a long day of sking. I would definitley reccomend this to groups. This was the only property on VRBO that I could find that had all king beds.

We stayed in this home for our annual family trip to the Poconos. We have 8 adults and 2 small children and felt this was enough room for us to spread out, between the living room and the family room. It was also nice to have 4 bedrooms each with King beds. The game room kept the kids occupied and the jacuzzi was enjoyed by the adults. We were very close to shopping (walmart and outlets) and Camelback. Nice quiet neighborhood. If coming to this home for first time try to get there before it gets dark as the development is very dark at night. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful White Christmas! We loved feeding the deer in the morning and the evening. We found they like dried fruit and nuts. Spent Christmas eve at Camelback & Christmas night at Big Boulder Snow Boarding. Went tubing on the 26th had a blast but long lines since it's a Holiday Week. Camelback is the Best place for Snow Tubing for the whole family! We came all the way from Texas! It was a nice visit and we'll miss the deer!! Terry, Shai, Michael, and Evonda

We had an awesome time at the house! It was very comfortable, plenty of room and plenty of things to do. We definitely want to come back in the summer and again in the winter. We had the deer visit us every morning, they really like brownies, but they're not big fans of popcorn. LuLu ate straight out of our hands! We relaxed a good amount, a lot of it in the hot tub which was Awesome! The big kitchen table was a plus and also the Big Beds. We did a good amount of shopping at the Outlet stores & went tubing one night. Thanks for everything! Kevin, Mike, Justin, Lindsay, Zach, Katie, and Craig.

John & Rita, Found your wonderful stop on the web! We really feel lucky. The weather has been beyond great, (temps in the 80's on Saturday). Guys went fishing and caught more fish than all of our 20 years coming to the Poconos over Columbus Day Weekend! Hoping to come back next year same time, same place!

My name is Carolyn and I am 10 years old and I loved this house!! I loved the hot tub but the Deer were the best!! I never knew that a deer could eat right out of your hand!! That was the coolest thing ever!! I never knew they ate dog food, oh, I almost forgot, the famous Deer's name is LuLu. She eat's Deer Apples, bread, Dog food, Etc.. Thanks for the great time~

Dear Rita & John, This was a great family vacation. Three generations of foxes. My son and grandson enjoyed the fishing. The pool table got a lot of use. We ere able to get some golf in. The girls had a great day shopping at the Crossing's Outlet Stores. A fun day was had at Camelbeach. Thursday it rained but we went to Holly Ross Potter. The boys stayed at the house & enjoyed playing pool and fishing in between the rain. Your game room is Great! so much to do! We truly enjoyed your house. It brought back memories of the good times we had when my children were young & we had a house in Wild Acres, Pa. My grandchildren are already asking about renting next summer. We enjoyed your Paddle Boat, going around the lake. The layout of the house was perfect for our family. LuLu the deer, has been well fed. She and several other deer came every morning and evening. She eats right out of your hand & loves bread. Had a wonderful time, Thanks, The foxes.

We heard about this house from VRBO. It was raining when we arrived and stopped as we were unpacking. The rest of the week was beautiful. It only rained for about and hour on Thursday. We went to Camel Beach Water Park on tuesday and Whitewater Rafting on Wednesday. Thursday we visited our uncle who lives nearby in Arrowhead Lakes. In between the running around we went out on the boats. We didn't have much luck fishing until we took someone else's advise who wrote about fishing to the left of the island. Our last night we did this for a short while and caught a perch, bluegill and small mouth bass. We had alot of bites too. We went to the beach at Emerald Lakes too, it was very nice and relaxing. We also had a few fires and played games. I think we did a little bit of everything at the house- played pool, poker, jacuzzi, etc.. John & Rita- The house is beautiful. You do a great job keeping it in tip top shape. I know it must be hard with all the people who visit. We were very comfortable. This was the best house we stayed at by far. You keep it very clean and the beds were great! We hope to come back again~

Dear John & Rita ~ Great House!! A bit woodsy for a girl from the city! HaHaHa only kidding. It was a treat for my boys to see deer so close! They called LuLu and were convinced she responded! Very Cute! First day went fishing in paddle boat, caught one small fish, but had a great time anyway. Well, that was the first day. It's day 4 and boy the deer are plentiful. Today we were visited by 8 at one time. 4 does, 1 buck and 3 fawns. My 9 yr. old was thrilled and got some great photos. The lake and the boats are a hit! Yesterday we went to Camelbeach & had a blast. Today we went to S&S Speedway it was a bit pricey but my 13 yr. old had a blast. Great pizza down that end. Tony's pizza (right by the old train tracks a bit passed Walmart in Stroudsburg, really really good pizza, and were from NY hahaha! Came home and enjoyed the Hot Tub. Last day went to Perkins form Breakfast. We plan on going into the lake again, it is an absolutely beautiful day. My kids are begging to stay and come back next year. Thanks again~

Rain, Rain, more Rain, Wind, Rain, Wind! Even with all the bad weather we were able to go fishing and light a fire and roast marshmallows on the Lake on Sunday. LuLu was fed vrey well all weekend! (Not recommended). Not too successful fishing. Kids enjoyed the Game Room. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

As we came about 6:00 PM it bagan to get quite foggy and we couldn't see anything ahead of us, so it was quite scary. The men went to get some shopping done, but they thought we were never leaving the house and bought out almost the whole grocery store! They got LOST on the way there and back due to the fog! The next morning was beautiful and we returned out to see all the fall foliage & it was spectacular! We visited Sorrenti Family Vineyard and we loved it! Picked Pumpkins, carved it and bought fishing gear and bait! The young boy enjoyed the Peddle Boat and they had so much fun. We ate grapes from the Vineyard! WOW! Everyone got alot of use from the Game Room. It is great! Thank you! We relaxed and laughed with a couple of movies. We roasted marshmallows by the lake. It was the first time we really ever experienced Fall in full bloom! We took this trip as a celebration for my 40th birthday & we visited D.C, NYC, & ended our trip here. I experienced many things that I have never done before, that was my dream and it became a reality. Great Laughs, house, weather, Lake, Comforts, Scenery, & Accomodations! Being from Miami this was truly a relaxing getaway for us which is what we were looking for. It was like being in another world.... Cheesecake factory is delicious! The Beds are the Bomb! Thanks!

We had a wonderful time at the Lake with a campfire every night. Of course, LuLu and her clan were the big hit of the visit. No one fished but I did feed some of the fish that were in the Lake! Only problem was that we didn't have time to do everything we wanted to do......

We had rain off and on throughout our stay but Sunday was really nice! We got the boat out (surprisingly easy), and had great fishing. We caught over 2 dozen fish in about 3 hours! We had small mouth bass and another longer skinny fish with stripes on it's sides. We used night crawlers and were getting hits as soon as we cast. Our spot was.... over to the left of the Island mid way between the beach and persons dock. We hiked the community and saw many deer. LuLu greeted us the first day. The Kitchen is well stocked with Pots, Pans, etc.... and that is a big plus for consideration coming with family. We had a great time, the house is beautiful! You just may have found repeat customers! Mike & Deanne P.S.- Got the boat out again today before we left. Less fish this time but bigger!

John & Rita~ Thank you for a memorable vacation. Your home is so inviting and comfortable with so much to do. We spent hours in the Game Room playing Pool, Air Hockey, Darts, Playstation, and the guys played Poker. The kids enjoyed the Indoor Pool and of course roasting "Smores in the Lakeside Firepit". We enjoyed fishing and swimming in the lake. Your home is so clean and modern and has every amenity you can want without leaving the house. We ventured to the Crossings and found some great bargains. We had a great time staying here at the house! We saw this one deer every morning that finally ate out of our hands, we named her LuLu. We also had a great time going out on the boats fishing. We had fun playing in the game room and lighting fires in the fireplace and down by the Lake. P.S.~ The next people that come here please feed LuLu for us. The weather was perfect this week, the only rain we had was at midnight Sunday. Monday- Fished all day with no luck! Tuesday- Pocono Whitewater Rafting- Great Time! Wednesday-Mtn. biking Thursday- Mtn. Biking in Tobyhanna, hilly but easier path. Friday-Outlets! Fun! But be cautious, not a lot of bargains. We finished everyday in Pinetree Lake. finally got out in Pinetree this morning early enough to catch 4 Pickerel using Lure number 12 Vibrex Minnow at K- Mart in the Cove to the Left. We saw deer every morning between 6 and 8 AM. Even got within 8 ft. feeding them bread. Probably not recommended. The accomodations at the house are terrific! John & Rita are great! We loved our stay!

We hiked Bushkill Falls, got soaked but still enjoyed the hike. Enjoyed the Fireworks on the 3rd and 4th! Boat was great, but be forewarned you must wear your life vests or you will get fined. We had a nice family vacation! Thank you John & Rita

The house was great! We were greeted our first day by LuLu. Her favorite is Utz Party Mix! We fished, and boated, went bowling, played paintball, shooting and hit a few golf balls even in the rain. Come Wednesday night it was beautiful. We had a fire w/marshmallows and fished well into the night. We got over 100 fish total all week! God gave us the rain but he also gave us fish. The deer running through all the time was great! Thanks again!
