You will also enjoy breathtaking views, of the Gulf of Mexico, from the private balcony of this beautifully decorated seventh (7th) floor, 2 Bedroom plus Bunkroom unit.
This unit has many special features to add to your enjoyment: a fully equipped kitchen, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, wet bar, 9 foot ceilings, tile and appliance upgrades, and a full-size washer and dryer in laundry room. Luxury accommodations for up to eight guests in a King bed with pillow top Englander mattress in the master suite, a Queen bed in the guest room, bunk bed with a twin above and full below, and a Queen size sofa sleeper.
All bedrooms and bunkroom have televisions with DVD players. Special appointments include a 42 inch widescreen High Definition Plasma TV in the great room and a 26 inch LCD wall mounted TV, in the master. The bunk room has an XBOX game system with several popular games.
A $300 security deposit will hold your reservation, with full payment due at least 3 weeks prior to rental. The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property the entire term of the reservation. We rent week to week, during spring and summer months, with a Saturday or Sunday check in and out. There is a three-night minimum stay during other rental periods.

Even tropical storm Lee couldn't wash out our vacation. It was wonderful to set on the beautiful balcony and watch the storm. We cooked in with fresh sea food having all the cookware we needed and then some. Since we couldn't get in the water the first few days, we were able to relax and enjoy the beautiful, comphy condo. Once the weather changed it was even better. We spent time on the beach chairs that were provided and enjoyed the beach and gulf. Shopping and restuarants were close. It was like home away from home. The owners were great. All in all it was excellent. Can't wait to return and return we will.

This unit is in a great location. Owner of property is easy to work with. Unit was clean and ready to use. Quick responses and a very easy transaction. Great views easy beach access and parking. Owners supplied two beach chairs along with extras in unit. Beach TOYS and other items made it a plus. Unit close to elevator. Owner also made the dates I need work out well.

We have stayed here two times and my family and I will be back....Condo is wonderful,rooms are all nice sizes...Everything you need is in the condo from dishes to beach toys and my kids loved the X-Box in there room, all your family will need to bring is food....Its close to everything ,peer park is in walking distance along with the bridge....I would suggest this condo to anyone and the owners are wonderful keep you up to date from beginning to end

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Our two teenage children enjoyed privacy in their own bedrooms (our son stayed in the bunk room with the X-Box, and our daughter stayed in the very feminine bedroom with the CD player and TV). My husband and I loved the beautifully decorated master bedroom with access to the balcony overlooking the beach. We all enjoyed the large HDTV in the family room, and movie DVDs provided by the owner. I could go on and on, but we very strongly recommend this luxurious condo to anyone visiting Panama City Beach! What an incredible place to stay on vacation in PCB! We had a wonderful time in PCB, thanks in part to such comfortable accomodations. From our first steps into the unit, we immediately felt right at home. The owners thought of everything, including beach toys, chairs and umbrellas for our use. The unit was very nicely decorated...like staying in a five star hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

This was the nicest place that we have ever stayed at in PC Beach. We go there several times a year and will most definitely visit here again. Your place had everything that you would need on vacation. The rooms were decorated very nice for both adults and kids. The XBox was great for the kids also. The one thing that stands out to me about your place would be the enourmous amount of towels. Usually in condo you may have one per person but not here. This was a great amenity and made the stay even better. I would recommend your place to all my friends and family and look forward to staying here again in the future.

This unit is gorgeous, and the owners are not only wonderful and easy to deal with; they have taken great steps in assuring that your vacation will be the absolute best yet. The unit is luxurious and spacious. Each room is tastefully decorated with the finest furniture, accessories and latest technology. The resort consists of two breathtakingly-designed towers. It has fabulously landscaped grounds and two huge, beautifully-shaped pools. It offers covered parking and 24 hour security. The unit has a stainless steel fridge, granite counter-tops, wet bar, and ample cabinet and closet space in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. The master suite has a beautiful king bed with high thread count linens and lots of pillows. Both the master suite and living room have huge flat panel HD TV’s. Perfect for keeping your husband occupied while you shop, shop, shop! The kitchen has every appliance and all of the cookware you could possibly need. The kids just loved the bunk-room. The owners have graciously provided an X-Box w/ games in the bunk-room, numerous board games, and a huge collection of family friendly DVD’s, high-speed internet access, the list goes on and on. We immediately felt at home and at ease. The unit is very quiet, close but not too close the elevators, it’s located on the 7th floor so the views are breathtaking. The balcony is very spacious and is perfect for watching the dolphins in the morning. The owners provided their guests with beach chairs, beach balls, toys, umbrellas, surf boards, etc. There are enough towels that you really don’t have to bring any and that allows you more suitcase space for more shoes! The owners have really thought of everything imaginable to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I can honestly say that you could only be disappointed if you rent any unit other than this one.
