Located Oceanfront in West Beach Village, this "Premier" Villa has been totally renovated in April 2006 with all new furniture, tiled floors, paint, appliances, countertops, bathrooms, window coverings, brand new plasma TVs, and a foosball table.
The Master Suite with its Contemporary style and colors hosts a beautiful king bed with a Flat-Screen TV and DVD player for your viewing pleasure and connects to an elegant Master Bath, featuring a walk-in shower custom made and a separate jetted tub. Relax in the living room and view the incredible 42 inch Plasma TV with expanded channel cable service and a DVD player. Sliding glass doors in the living room open to a private deck built for relaxation, eating, or just sipping on drinks. Additionally, a separate screened porch is accessible from the living room and kitchen. Two other guest bedrooms have queen beds and access full bathrooms and come with flat screen cable TV, and DVD player.

The nightly rate is the weekly rate divided by six, with a six night stay earning a seventh night free.
Payment expected in full 60 days in advance.

12% SC Accomodation Tax not included in rates. Minimum stay is three nights.
A two night deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Deposits are fully refundable less a $100 administrative fee up to 60 days prior to the reservation.

Five of my family were on Kiawah for a wedding and wanted to make it a mini vacation. We stayed in this beautiful Villa and had a wonderful 4 days. The villa was very nice and spacious with queen beds in 2 guest rooms and the king bed in the master. The beach was close to the villa as it was beachfront, but because of the sand dunes, we could only hear the ocean. The nature was so beautiful that we didn't miss being able to see the ocean. A very short boardwalk led to the beautiful beach. The deer would walk right up to us. Our favorite place was the screened porch where we could watch the deer and birds. The note book of resturants was a great help. We ate dinner at Reds Ice House and Fat Hen . Highly recommend the Fat Hen for brunch. Would recommend reservations for the Fat Hen. We did not have a single bad meal or experience during our stay. My only suggestion would be to have more chairs on the screened porch and deck. There were 5 of us and only 2 chairs on each porch. A great place at a great price. Hope to come back and spend more time. We kept saying the wedding was interfering with our fun,LOL. Thanks for the owners attention to all that made our stay so pleasent.
