Home is stocked with linens and towels. Completely screened pool includes hot tub and sitting area as well as outside eating area. Back of house faces west for great suntanning and sunsets over the lake.

Year Purchased: 2005
Retired Mechanical Engineer from Michigan who stays in the home for December, January and February while "working" at Disney. Return to Michigan to coach high school baseball team in spring and summer.
Why the Owner Chose Pinewood
Wanting to begin assocation with Disney was retirement objective. Began vacationing in central Florida in 1977. Love the lake view and quiet neighborhood.
