Located in Northwest Las Vegas, this home is situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. Our home has a large family room and dining room with wet bar. The fully-equipped kitchen has filtered water for ice and drinking. Pool, jacuzzi, and play house for all to enjoy. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking in home (smoking on back patio is requested).

This home has everything you'll need for a family get-away. It's also perfect for a business convention and/or corporate assignment. Upon request the owner will assist with maps and activities at no extra charge. All activities are close to home. Within a few hours drive is the Grand Canyon, Death Valley, as well as Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks.

There is a $250 Security deposit for this rental.
Full Payment is due at check-in (Cashiers Check, Money Order or Cash.
Pool is heated by solar. If heated by gas there is an additional fee.
Pool heating fee $20/day (Jun-Aug) .. $40/day (Sep-May)
