Considered by guests the "cutest mountain condo they have ever seen" this well-designed, warm and inviting Condo will sleep a family of 6 or 7, with a master Loft Bedroom, a Bunked double/twin bedroom and a queen Sofa bed in the 16 foot ceiling, living room. It is equipped with a full kitchen, cable TV, VCR/DVD, a gas fireplace, SunHeat infrared zone heater and most importantly, spectacular view of the white capped peaks of the Ten Mile Range.
Your FOUR DAY minimum stay includes use of a very nice CLUBHOUSE with indoor pool and multiple hot tubs, sauna, steam room, racquetball court and tennis courts. Washer/Dryer facilities are also located on site. Parking is down below and covered. Tucked against the regional bike path, strong legs can take you a great distance on your bike (Seasonal rentals all over town are very reasonable). The eight mile ride to Breckenridge is manageable for most "lowlanders", like our family.
FRISCO is one of the last secrets left in the heart of Colorado's Mountain Majesty. The Condo is a brisk five block walk to one of the few UNPRETENTIOUS village centers left in the area. Skiing at it's World Class Finest is minutes away in all directions; Breckenridge 8 Miles, Copper Mountain 9 Miles, Keystone 12 Miles, A-Basin, Loveland 15 Miles, Vail 20 Miles. Dillion Reservoir offers great Boating and Fishing. Whatever Season you enjoy the mountains . . use "The Frisco Condo" as your headquarters!

We fell in love with the mountains and were lucky to find the Frisco area. We love the non-pretentiousness of Frisco, where everyone is welcomed and treated to a wonderful mountain vacation. Just came back from a long weekend at this luxurious Frisco condo and if I could describe it in one word it would be, "breathtaking." This condo has everything we needed and wanted in a vacation spot in the mountains. It has remarkable views of Ten Mile Range including a spectacular view of Peak 1 which towers over this gorgeous condo and of the town of Frisco. It has access to the hot-tubs and indoor pool at the club, just a parking lot walk away. The club, which the condo gives you full access to, in addition to the hot tub and pool has a full laundry service, a racquetball court, an outdoor tennis court(seasonal of course) a sauna and a steam room that we found extremely enjoyable after a day of skiing. The town of Frisco was great for a couple of romantic dinners at the many bars and restaurants in this quaint mountain town. The condo has a beautiful loft with a king bed as well as a front bedroom with bunk beds that we found very appropriate with the surroundings. The condo is very well decorated and compared to surrounding properties the price was very affordable as we shopped around for the best deal. I would recommend this beautiful Frisco condo to a family or 2 or 3 couples looking for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation in the mountains. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

This property is exactly as described. My kids absolutely loved the guest room, which has bunks and is decorated in a bear/moose theme. With the blinds and curtains, one can make that room rather dark which was great for my 3 and 6 year old to nap. While the kitchen is small, it is put together well such that it doesn't feel tight. The breakfast bar was great for serving the kids from the kitchen too. It's clear that the owners have spent some money upgrading areas downstairs as well. My wife and I really enjoyed the view of the mountain, both from the patio and the upstairs master loft. Sitting outside during the summer evening and sharing a glass of wine was just what we needed. The master loft and its bed was very comfortable and spacious. While the master bath is not spacious, its workable by taking turns with my wife. The only downside we could see in the layout is that there no drapes or blinds on the second story windows, so napping in the loft is made a little difficult. That being said, if there were blinds, it would eliminate the beautiful view of the mountain when we woke up. I'm not sure what I would do if I were the owner. View or ability to make it dark - tough decision and certainly a personal preference. Access to the condo clubhouse was a tremendous benefit. There is a really nice size indoor pool and hot-tub, with changing rooms. While we didn't use them, there were 3 large outdoor hot-tubs and some sauna's as well. It looked like there was a gym available too, but I heard that from someone passing by and did not see it myself. Location was perfect, with a nice 5 minute walk to main street. It's central location to Vail, Breck, Dillon/Silverthorne and even access to middle Colorado for raffting was very helpful. We really enjoyed the space, view and location and would recommend it to friends. The condo owners were easy to deal with through email. I would certainly stay here again!
