This townhome is a safe and easy two minute walk to the white sand beaches and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The pool area and a covered deck are located directly on the Intracostal waterway where you can enjoy dolphin watching, boating and a comfortable ocean breeze. Indian Shores is a quiet area with great restaurants and shops, situated between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach.
With amenities inside like Free Wireless High Speed Internet, a 60" large screen TV with stereo and DVD player, desktop computer, gas grill, two car garage, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach bikes and all the comforts of home, why would you ever want to leave?
The master suite features a queen-size bed, TV, walk-in closet and full bath.
The second bedroom has 2 queen-size beds, TV, DVD player, walk-in closet and full bath across the hall.
A queen-size sleeper sofa is also included.
Other features include a FULLY-equipped kitchen (owner loves to cook so you won't be missing anything), flat-top stove, ice maker, full size washer & dryer, and central air/heat.
The spacious living room leads to a carpeted deck overlooking a conservation area.

Dear Mr. Jones, Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your place the two weeks we were there. It was a really nice vacation, what with our G-Daughter graduating from High School and the grad party with family and friends. It seemed more like a vacation this time because of the location and easy access to the beach and the weather couldn't have been better. The place was very clean and the photos you provide are excellent. Anything a person would in a vacation home is provided and the furnishings are very nice. I would highly recommend your place to family and friends. Thank again, Jim, Joy, daughter Nichole and her two children the first week.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
