Condo Entry - California Desert Vacation Condo Welcome! You are invited to vacation at our brand new 2 Master Bedroom, 2 Bath Condominium. We are located in Indian Palms Country Club on the 1st tee. Start your day teeing off in your own backyard! This is a wonderful open layout with a large living area. The living room features a spacious sectional sofa for lounging, watching your 42" Flatscreen TV or looking out over the golf course to the Santa Rosa Mountains. The dining room is adjacent to the living room and features a modern dining set finished in Espresso. The table expands to seat six comfortably and there is a buffet for storage or for serving your special occasion events. The first master bedroom is decorated with a European flair in warm golds and reds, truly indulgent! It features a king bed, reading chair with lamp and 20" TV/DVD Combo. The adjoining bath has double sinks, a tub/shower combination and large walk in closet. From the reading corner you have wonderful views of the golf course and Santa Rosa Mountains. A truly relaxing spot at the end of the day. We have furnished you with high quality linens, a minimum of 400 thread count sheets. Your nights will be a luxurious respite. The second master bedroom is decorated in Urban Chic, it features dark espresso furniture and is decorated in a soothing minty blue with modern art and décor. There is a king bed, leather reading chair/ottoman and 20" TV/DVD Combo. There is a beautiful view over the golf course to the Chocolate Mountains. The sunrise is spectacular! The bath is steps away with one sink and a large shower enclosure. Both bedrooms are private and away from the living area. In the kitchen there are cherry cabinets and granite counter tops finished off with stainless appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality utensils, pots and dinnerware. The gourmet cook in you will have everything you need! This is an entertainers delight, you will have all the serving dishes and barware needed for the most social of gatherings or the most intimate. There is a wonderful view of the Chocolate Mountains to enjoy while preparing or cleaning up after your favorite meal. On the front porch there is a café table and two chairs, an especially nice place for morning coffee as the sun illuminates the golf course over the Chocolate Mountains. The back patio offers a table with four chairs, again with the view of the golf course and Santa Rosa Mountains, a gas BBQ is provided with full utensils and outdoor dinnerware perfect for a quiet dinner or entertaining. Just blocks away, there is an Olympic size pool and second pool plus spas at the Lifestyle center. Pool floats and beach towels are provided. The Lifestyle Center is equipped with state of the art work out equipment with a wide array of classes to choose from. There are 6 tennis courts for your use. You can work out while on vacation and all for just $10 a day. Indian Palms CC features a 27 hole championship golf course, three 9 hole courses. There is also a world class practice facility (across the street from the condo) featuring a double ended driving range, 2 putting greens and a complete short game area. There is a complete pro shop for your golfing needs. Also on-site is a full service restaurant and bar at La Palma which is open for breakfast,lunch and dinner, inside or out on the terrace with views of the waterfall, golf course and mountains. An on-site hotel is available should you have any extra guests that would like to join you for your vacation in paradise. Of course you will want to venture out of Indian Palms to see all the desert has to offer..we are minutes away from fabulous dining, from casual café dining to elegant fine dining. There are several casinos nearby and the shopping is endless, from local shops in downtown LaQuinta to El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of the desert) to the Cabazon Outlets (30 minutes away). There are art galleries, museums, hiking and hot air ballooning, there is not enough time to do all there is to do! And of course, the golf courses are endless, Terra Lago (formerly Landmark home of the Skins Game), Trilogy (new home of the Skins Game), PGA West and Indian Springs to name a few. Information on all the above and more is available in the condo. So please, enjoy your stay!
