The antique farmhouse from the 1800's, recently restored, is composed of six cozy independent apartments, all with independent heating and satellite television. The style, extremely welcoming but at the same time refined and painstakingly detailed, integrates well with the landscape, producing a charming effect for our visitors: stone walls, exposed wooden beams, beds and railings in wrought iron, fireplace and antique wooden stove in stone, interior and exterior floors in terracotta tiles or pietra serena, all according to the best Tuscan tradition.
Each apartment, with an independent entrance and equipped also with outdoor furniture, is composed of a living room, a cooking corner with a well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and an unparalleled and singular view of the surrounding panorama, the ideal setting for a vacation characterized by tranquility and natural well-being. At our guests disposal: free internet wireless connection.
The residential area is surrounded by a splendid garden with private spaces and a barbecue at the guests’ disposal. From the cottage you can enjoy a striking panorama, typical of the Tuscany hillside.
There is also a tennis court with synthetic grass and a swimming pool surrounded by ample green space, a verandah furnished with tables and chairs, a laundry area with a washing machine, and parking spots. Our guests are informed that domestic animals are welcome. In the interior of the property (227 hectares), there is also a pond where it is possible to fish. Furthermore, the owner would be happy to accompany you on a "nature safari" to discover the local fauna: wild boars, deer, hares, porcupines, wolves.
The environment is particularly adapted to those seeking absolute relaxation, but also to those who love to visit artistic and cultural centers such as Florence (twenty minutes by car), Arezzo (45 minutes), Siena (45 minutes), and the Chianti region (30 minutes).
S. Ellero is 1.5 kilometers away (grocery stores, train station) and Donnini is 3.5 kilometers away (every type of store), Pontassieve, 7 kilometers.
