A choice and peaceful location with unusual privacy yet only 8-10 minutes from town (Damariscotta), restaurants, art galleries, many shops. The region is a popular resort area during summer and fall months.

The cottage sits on the edge of Duck Puddle Lake (250 acres), with 180 degree water views. It faces east, with spectacular sunrise views. Wildlife is abundant, in particular water fowl. Perfect area for long walks, fishing, swimming off the dock, canoeing and kayaking on the lake.

The cottage features a generous deck, and a separate bunkhouse with a half bath and sleeping for up to 6 people. The main cottage has one queen size bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa. Small dogs, upon approval, and require an additional security deposit for any cleanup that is needed or damage.
