Why the Owner Chose Demere Landing
My son and i visited the island 4 years ago and loved it! So I decided it would be a great vacation spot for us. We think we found the perfect place! Close to the village and beach but with our own private pool to relax in too!
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
The pool and backyard are awesome! Great to come home from the beach and let the kids play in the pool while the adults grill out or sit on the patio with cocktails! Very relaxing with an ideal location close to the Village, Pier, Lighthouse, restaurants and shops. We love to head into the Village and bike along the water for breakfast/coffee. We often see dolphins along the way!
Great beach with small area for parking. Tide affected.There are no private beaches on the Island. Every few blocks there will be a small parking area with access to the beach.

Hi there! I live in Atlanta and LOVE St. Simons Island! It's quaint and a great getaway for all ages!The island has a very safe feel to it and has not become commercialized. There is a nice mix of original homes/beach cottages mixed in with beautiful new contemporary homes and there is easy beach access all around the island. I enjoy the slower, more relaxed atmosphere and we like to bike everywhere!

This home is beautiful, the yard is very private and the pool and hot tub were wonderful. many things to see and do in the area. Must sees are Savannah, the Okefenokee and Cumberland Island. You will not be disappointed with this rental, nor it's location, just blocks from the beach and the village.

This house was perfect for a weekend wedding party! We stayed friday and saturday and had my wedding reception in the backyard saturday evening. It could not have been better! gorgeous property! and the neighbors are great! Thanks again for the wonderful time!

Perfect home away from home. Spent our 20th Anniversary in SSI and found the home to be cozy, comfortable and roomy. Beautifully decorated, equipped well and gorgeous yards. Plenty of room for the whole family!

This location is idyllic. A beautiful house, in a great location, on a stunning island. There is plenty to do or it is the perfect place to do nothing. Have fun with friends, reconnect with family, relax on your own or spend romantic evenings with that special someone. It is such a wonderful experience that you will come back again and again.

You could not find a more charming place to stay to enjoy St. Simon's. The perfect location, so close to the village and beach. Easy biking and walking. Nice corner lot setting and fabulous fenced backyard with pool and spa. We loved it! Can't wait to come back and stay here again!
