Welcome to Kiawah Island. This three bedroom Turtle Point first floor villa is a favorite among families and others who don't like to deal with lots of stairs while on vacation. Although we don't recommend that you work while on vacation, we now have high speed internet access with WIFI.
During January of 2007, we redecorated the entire unit. All new sofa's, carpeting, chairs, bedding etc. The villa is now beautifully appointed by a professional interior designer from Charleston. During September of 2009, we updated all three of the bathrooms and the place looks fantastic.
From the family room, enjoy views of the 17th green of the Jack Nicklaus designed Turtle Point golf course. This villa is just a short walk to the beach. Also enjoy all of the wonderful wildlife on Kiawah Island.
The villa offers two separate floors of living space. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with two twins. Upstairs is the master suite with separate bath and a king-size bed.
Turtle Point Villas are one of the best villas on the island to rent because of their close proximity to the beach, The Sanctuary Hotel, East Beach Villa amenities and the tennis facility.
You will thoroughly enjoy all of the activities that Kiawah has to offer.

David, We thouroughly enjoyed your villa at Turtle Point. The updated bathrooms really made a huge difference than other Turtle Point villas we have rented in the past. Nice work. We also loved being on the first floor and on the end unit. So easy to get in and out. Thanks again, Ginny
