Beautiful lakeside home on winding, quiet, dead-end, paved road in a family friendly neighborhood. Our home has a custom kitchen, stone fireplace, game room with pool table, and pine wainscotting throughout. Lake views from most rooms and from two of the three decks.
It shares a huge, level, sandy beach that's perfect for kids, picnics and playing! Big enough for two families to stay comfortably. Large master bedroom with bath overlooks the lake. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and all other amenities that North Windham has to offer.

We rented this beautiful vacation home with another family (4 adults and 6 kids) on Sebago Lake Basin during the week of 4th of July. The home was beautiful and clean just as pictured! The shared beach is directly across the narrow dead end private road right in front of the home. Our children enjoyed spending their days digging in the sand and swimming in the clear waters of the lake. This was perfect for our small children, including two toddlers. The evening sunsets were beautiful. The neighbors were all friendly and welcoming. Our daughter even made friends with a girl from local family. We were easily able to rent a boat for the day and there are many options near by for groceries, restuarants, movies, mini golf etc..It was so nice to have a truly relaxing vacation and we can't wait to return next summer!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Wonderful location, with a great beach and perfect place for children. House was immaculate and we enjoyed our stay immensely. We felt so far from the busy world but we were close enough to town to shop for groceries and other essentials. Great amenities, we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Would recommend to everyone I knew!
