I am a professional that spends a lot of time in the USA and I have to say this place was one of the best that I have stayed at. Everything you could possibly need or want was in the apartment, close to the main street and beach with everything walking/riding distance and to top it off David and Lenga are wonderful. They ensured every need was met and were very hospitable and if something went wrong they were onto it straight away. I could not recommend or speak highly enough of the place, the owners or my time at this apartment. I have always loved Huntington Beach but the apartment made it more attractive. I'll be back!!

Our stay in the apartment met all of our expectations; it was nice and clean, great located and affordable. The owners were very flexible and willing to work around our schedule. We wouldn't hesitate to visit again.

My husband and I took a week vacation to California, and spent 5 nights here. It was very nice and the couple gives you the deposit back before you leave. It was clean and comfortable, slightly aged in spots but well taken care of. The private entrance and patio area were wonderful, and they also had two lawn chairs, two boogy boards, a beach umbrella, and beach towels ready to be taken the short walk to the beach. The area felt very safe and was beautiful, and Lenga worked around our schedule to meet us and collect payment. We would definitely recommend this experience to others seeking a cozy vacation spot at a great price.

Beach Bargain

My husband and I stayed at this property the week of Aug 20th-27th and the owners were very responsive to our needs when we discovered the TV didn't work, they quickly replaced it. The location is great! Walking distance to the beach ,a little doughnut shop around the corner for morning coffee, Main street is nearby with tons of choices for dining and a evening walk on the pier. We have already recommended this property to friends and family and will likely visit again next summer.

Affordable, clean, fully furnished, close from the beach, owner easy to deal with, all you need to enjoy your stay in surf city. Really felt like home. The sun deck is just amazing !! I have recommanded this place to friends and I ll definitely be a return customer.

Great location - very nice area 10min walk from the main Huntington Beach street and 2min walk to the beach, very helpful landlords, very clean, 3 bikes provided which was fantastic. Only problem was we had one set of towels for the week and no way to wash them and we had an ant invasion also which was inconvenient! All round though it was a great place.

My daughter and I stayed here for the Week of the US open! We had so much fun! The Studio is amazing! I loved that we had the bikes. Having a kitchen was amazing! I want to come back every year!!!

My husband and I visited CA the week of July 23, 2011. This studio was in a excellent location, close to the beach, shopping, etc. The bed was comfortable although the couch and chairs had seen too much usage. The off street parking was great, the rooftop deck was spectacular to watch the sunsets! Lenga was very kind! We would definitely return and can't wait to make plans for our next trip! This is the most fantastic apartment to have a holiday in. It has everything you need and more. It is in a beautiful residential area and is only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. The apartment has everything you need, with a fantastic roof terrace and courtyard. The centre of Huntington beach is only a 10 minute walk away. The apartment came with 2 bikes that made our holiday even more enjoyable. Lenga was very helpful and friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. Stay here!!!

Great little beach studio!

My wife and I stayed at the downtown HB studio over July 4th weekend and had a blast! The studio is close enough to Main street and the beach where it is easily rideable on the bikes that are provided within minutes, but just far enough away where you can choose to have some peace and quiet from the rooftop deck without the craziness of Main street. Everything in the studio was clean and exceeded our expectations. The studio has everything that a 4 star hotel would have and more. The owners are in the unit below, and were very cordial. We only saw them upon check in and happened to run into them one other time. If we needed help or had questions, they were very responsive. Thank you David and Lenga!

A really great place to stay in Huntington Beach

My wife and I just spent 3 nights in this studio, and had a really great time. The studio has everything you need, including a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a meal if your looking to cut back on spending while on vacation. This is one of the most spacious and charming studios I've seen, and the owners have truly made the best use of space with the furniture arrangements. There's even a double vanity in the bathroom so we didn't have to take turns getting ready! Although we loved the studio, our very favorite feature of this place, and the number one reason we will be back is the rooftop deck. We really enjoyed sunbathing and having drinks on the deck, as well as watching the sun go down. We loved it so much we actually split our time about 50/50 between the deck and the beach. We would recommend this place to any couple looking to get away for a very good price.

Good Value, Good Location

We stayed here for the week of March 26-April 2 2011. The owners were accommodating with our late/early arrival/departure times. We were able to secure the condo from Canada and they were easy to deal with when the deposit got lost in the mail. Location is good, close to the beach (3 blocks). Has off street parking which is at a premium in Huntington Beach. Comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. We are a young couple and felt safe in the neighborhood. Bedding and linens were clean. Needed a thorough dusting of the blinds but not really a big deal. Easy access to shops and highways. You do need to rent a car if you stay in this area if you are planning on going to LA or Disneyland. The condo is the upstairs studio to the owner's home, which we were not really aware of until we got there, but this was totally fine as we never really saw them after we checked in.

Perfect location, very close the beach & downtown. Beautiful studio; it has a private sundeck & courtyard. The photos accurately reflects its appearance. Bed is extremely comfortable. Feels like home. We loved it & will definitely return.
