Located in the heart of historical downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico, El Corazon de Santa Fe, the city’s newest compound-style condominium unit offers the best in luxury and location. The 1,100 square foot upstairs unit features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms including a spacious master suite and bath with jacuzzi, a gourmet kitchen area, and a sumptuous living area. A private balcony with Southwestern furnishings is a great place to enjoy breakfast, evening margaritas, or simply enjoy the warmth and the great weather of Santa Fe.

The Spanish pueblo architecture of the unit features traditional Santa Fe-style vigas spanning the ceiling and exterior entryway portals with exposed wood. Accents such as slate floors, the warmth of clay plaster walls, kiva fireplaces and decorative ironwork lend Santa Fe spirit and style to every room. Secure underground parking is included.

Our unit is only two blocks to the world-famous historic Santa Fe Plaza; one block to the famous Georgia O'Keefe Museum and Cafe; and a short stroll to the myriad of art galleries, gourmet restaurants and downtown museums and to our renowned Canyon Road. The historic annual Santa Fe Fiesta and Spanish and Indian Markets are held on the plaza during the months of July - September.

The condominium also is a short drive to many famous destinations. The Santa Fe Opera is 10 minutes away. For those ski enthusiasts, the popular Santa Fe ski area is a 20 minute drive and the famed Taos and Angel Fire ski resorts are a scenic 90 minutes away. You will find numerous Indian pueblos and casinos within a 30-minute drive. Located at the foot of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, Santa Fe boasts year-round recreational activities such as world-class golf, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, horseback riding and much more.

Fresh flowers and local wine await your arrival. The unit is stocked with complete kitchen accessories. Luxurious towels and linens are included. A calendar of events and information for areas of interest, including health spas and golf greens, are provided.

Five-night minimum reservation. Inquire about possible fill-in reservations and/or surcharge for reservations of less than five nights. Long-term rates also negotiable.

Full payment is required prior to check-in: 50% due upon verbal reservation and balance 45 days prior to arrival. Confirmed reservations are binding. Refund will be issued if we are able to rebook, less 10% administration fee.

Refundable $275 damage deposit is required.

Prior to confirmation, rates are subject to change without notice.

Owner's insurance does not cover loss or damage to tenant's personal possessions. Tenant shall bear the risk of loss of all tenant's property.

    • After one aborted attempt to stay in this beautiful condo, we finally made it this year. It was well worth the wait! It is beautifully and tastefully appointed, spacious and absolutely nothing is lacking. The location is perfect - 2 blocks from the Plaza yet wonderfully quiet. We would go back in a minute and hope to do so.

    • We have thoroughly enjoyed two (2) stays in this lovely condo, and highly recommend it. The location is perfect -- just park your car in the garage and walk to all the city's attractions and fine restaurants. The condo is extremely comfortably furnished, with all the necessities provided. The additional touches of fresh roses and wine add to the enjoyment of this condo.

    • I have been traveling to Santa Fe for over 20 years. I love the pottery, the rugs, the culture, the art, the jewelry. To stay in a heart-warming space such as El Corazon, just off the Plaza, with every amenity at our fingertips, added greatly to the pleasure of our trip. This condo is perfect for two couples. It is like a home-away-from-home. Cocktails on the veranda, a cozy fireplace at night, appetizers and breakfast from the gourmet kitchen. Thanks, Barbara, for making our stay even more memorable!
