Check In Time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Five-night minimum reservation. Inquire about possible fill-in reservations and/or surcharge for reservations of less than five nights. Long-term rates also negotiable.
Full payment is required prior to check-in: 50% due upon verbal reservation and balance 45 days prior to arrival. Confirmed reservations are binding. Refund will be issued if we are able to rebook, less 10% administration fee.
Refundable $275 damage deposit is required.
Prior to confirmation, rates are subject to change without notice.
Owner's insurance does not cover loss or damage to tenant's personal possessions. Tenant shall bear the risk of loss of all tenant's property.
