Wow! This was an AMAZING place to stay! Our group was made up of five adults and two teen girls. We had plenty of room and we were only steps away from the clubhouse pool. Also, being a gated community, we felt totally safe. After our days at Disney World it was so nice to only have a few steps from where we parked to the door of the condo. Having a nice kitchen made it so convenient to stay in to have our meals when we were too exhausted to go out. The condo is also conveniently located to many eating facilities on those occasions when we did want to dine out. The owner was wonderful to deal with. She called on the day we arrived to see if we needed anything or if we had any questions. The condo was neat and well kept. The pictures are a true representation. It was truly our home for eight days!

My family and I had a great time at your home. Just as you indicate on the website, it was exactly the same. My kids loved the location in the property, because it was right across from the pool. Vicki is a great owner because we had a propblem with the a.c. unit and within 2 hours she ensured that it was working properly. Thank you for your efficiency. In addition to that, I loved the fact that she called the first day to check up on us to make sure everything was okay. The first rental owner to ever do that for us. Beautiful, Clean Orlando Condo

We had a wonderful time. We were in Orlando for business and then for a short vacation. The condo was clean and very comfortable. It was so nice having the pool so close to the condo. It was like having a home away from home. Dealing with the owners was wonderful they are just great people. We would recommend this condo to our family and friends.

The owners are VERY quick to respond to any inquiry, and were so helpful throughout our entire experience. The townhouse is lovely and just as pictured. There are nice comfort touches throughout! Vicki is the best to work with, even calling to welcome and make sure all was well! The pool and club house were REALLY close by. Make sure you check out The Loop. If you turn right on Hoagland as you exit and then left at light onto Dyer, straight ahead is everything you need, Publix, BJ's club store, restaurants and shoppes. Mimi's restaurant is our favorite! Thank you again Vicki and Mato for sharing your beautiful home, we are already telling friends and family, and hope to return soon!

Wonderful Townhouse near Disney!

This is my family's second year of renting this wonderful townhouse for our trip to Walt Disney World with our children. It's a beautiful home with all of the needed items for a home away from home! It is very clean and well maintained. The listing photos accurately reflect the rental appearance. The owner is extremely nice, helpful, and very hospitable. The development has many amenities that the kids enjoyed! The heated-swimming pool and playground are within close walking distance of the townhouse. I would definately recommend this rental property to my friends and relatives. We went to the Disney Parks 5 days of our 7 day week. It's so convenient to drive there, only took us about 15 to 20 minutes. When you go into the clubhouse to get the parking pass, get some of the area brochures that they have available. This will give you a good idea of what's around the area for food and entertainment, and has some coupons on the brochures as well! We've stayed on Disney property in the past, and we enjoy staying at the townhouse so much more! We can cook our own food, and choose to go other places, such as Universal Studio Parks or Gatorland instead of just doing Disney World every day of our vacation. Enjoy!

Our vacation in Paradise

My husband and I plus many of our friends in the past have stayed in this lovely home. We stayed this year for 3 months and loved every minute of it. The home is very nice & well kept & furnished with everything you would need to stay comfortably. The owners have it decorated so nice. We enjoy having the pool only yards away as well as the playground & clubhouse. If the main pool is busy there are 3 other pools you can enjoy. We want to thank the owners for allowing us to stay in their home and we look forward to staying here again next Winter. We enjoyed the closeness of the beaches, Disney, shopping, theaters & eating establishments as well. Thanks again. Chip & Cindy

unit was well maintained..the service agency was very good at taking care of small issues...the comlex has very good 24 hour security..the unit is very well equipped with updated amenities..( wireless net, flat screen t.v. with lots of channels,free long distance calls, t.v.s in upstairs bedrooms also) highly recommend this unit...

Recommended for:Age 55+.

Our vocation this year in Florida was beautiful and exceeded our expectation. We found many unforgettable things: -Perfect townhouse: Very, very clean. Fully equipped, very nicely furnished. Decor with nice details made us feel like home. -Unit is conventionally located close to pool, exercise areas, club house. -The townhouse area is fully secured and made us totally carefree. -Nice owner and club staff those are ready to help us any time. -Also this great location of this townhouse allowed us to take a visit to: Beautiful Sea World +Disney World Unforgettable NASA Kennedy Space Center Famous NASCAR arena, Cocoa beach on the Atlantic Ocean Right place to enjoy your vocation and we are going to return back again.
