The home is tastefully decorated and remodeled down to the last detail with many of the special touches designed and crafted by the artist owner. The kitchen is fully equipped for the discerning chef. There are two bathrooms, a laundry room and three bedrooms all with queen size beds. The master suite is large and has a fireplace and a seating area. The property comes with access to a private community beach.
This is one of SEVERAL BEACH, WATERFRONT AND VIEW HOMES on the island. Please ask about the ADDITIONAL HOMES available, some are PET FRIENDLY. We call this home SAPPHIRE COVE.
Lummi Island is accessible via a small car/passenger ferry. It operates from 6 am to at least midnight, with hourly eight MINUTE runs and more frequent crossings periodically during the day. The island is home to many artists who open their doors to visitors twice during the summer. We also have a farmers market on Saturdays featuring local "organic produce", crafts and reefnet salmon when available.
A Lavender Festival" and Reefnet Festival are enjoyed by "islanders" and "mainlanders" alike. There are two full time restaurants, two cafe's and a grocery store. Bike rentals are available.
Once you have experienced the beauty of the island and the hospitality it offers, you will want to return year after year.
