This is a beautiful 6 year old gently used unit,next to Schooners Restaurant. The view from the 10th floor is breathtaking. The unit has a sofa bed that has a special air pillow top mattress, it sleeps like a regular pillow top. The condo is professional decorated and has many unique features such as: books, games and dvd's which are provided. The unit also has it's own stereo. The condo has two heated pools with a hot tub as well as a game room and fitness center.
Our amazing beach front condo includes free beach service from March until October. With the rental of the condo you receive the use of two padded beach chairs and a large umbrella. They are reserved exclusively for your use during your entire stay. There are very few units at Seychelles that offer this service free of charge.
Our condominium is professionally decorated, yet it has the feel of a warm and inviting home It comfortably sleeps six with a Queen-size bed in the master bedroom, a bunk area, and a queen-size couch with an air mattress in the living area. The condo has two full baths, a breakfast bar, separate dining area, and a large family room. The views from the large balcony are amazing. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer.

Seychelles is a 6 year old luxury beach resort, located at the quiet east end of the beach. It's within walking distance of St. Andrews State Park and many charter boats. Seychelles is convenient to: fine restaurants and casual dining, water and amusement parks, shopping and boat and jet ski rentals. It offers everything you need for a quick weekend get away or a long family vacation.

Lovely condo, very tastefully decorated. Has an excellent view of the Gulf. Kitchen is well equipped for eating in. Restaurants close by. Plan on staying there again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

owner was very accomodating and helpful. She was always availble to answer any questions. The condo was clean and we loved it. This was not my first stay at Seychelles but was my first stay in this unit. I will rent this unit again, can't wait to be back!!! Love this end of the beach very close to all the places we love to eat!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Seychelles! It is in a great location, and has beautiful views of the Gulf and St. Andrews Bay. The condo is very comfortable, and well maintained. We definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, people with disabilities, families with young children.

About the owner: My husband and I love the beach, especially the one in Panama City. We have four grown children. I am a teacher and my husband owns various businesses. Our family has been enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and the wonderful seafood of PCB for over 9 years. When we are not in Panama City our next favorite beaches are on the island of Aruba.
