The Ranch House is minutes away from fabulous restaurants, the Pacific Ocean, mineral hot springs, biking and hiking trails. There are also endless opportunities for golfing no matter your skill level. The ranch is located in the heart of San Luis Obispo wine country and is literally steps away from wineries here in the Edna Valley, in addition to being within 30 miles of over 200 total wineries in the county.
Downtown San Luis Obispo is 6 miles away and features boutiques, restaurants, movie theaters, and the beautiful mission. Every Thursday evening you can stroll through Farmers Market filled with great food, live music and entertainment for the whole family. Downtown SLO also has many bars with live music Thursday - Saturday.
If you’d like to spend your day on the water, head to nearby Avila Beach, Pismo Beach and Morro Bay. Here you can enjoy a variety of activities including kayaking, windsurfing, boogie boarding and surfing. There’s also whale watching and deep sea fishing available. Oceano Dunes is the only place in the state where you can drive vehicles on the beach. You can also explore beautiful Montana de Oro State Park in Los Osos. Lopez Lake is just minutes away where you can spend time boating, skiing and fishing. South on 101 will take you to old town Arroyo Grande, the Danish Village of Solvang, and then on to Santa Barbara.
