Enjoy Hawaiian seaside living in our beautiful home with spectacular ocean frontage and coastline views. Our gated retreat is light, bright and airy and tastefully appointed and has a spacious great room with open beam ceilings that opens to the lanai and views. There is a new kitchen, large tiled lanai, and solar heated seaside pool. There are two bedrooms and two baths, living room, dining area, kitchen, and lanai on the main level. The master bedroom suite with King bed opens to the lanai and ocean. The second bedroom also has a king bed. The lower level has a separate one bedroom (with a double bed), one bath suite with living room and kitchen. Available to be rented only together with the main house for an additional fee.
Conveniently located on Alii Drive, Kona's Oceanfront Drive, between White Sands Beach and Kahaluu Beach Park which is an excellent protected snorkeling beach where you can see colorful fish and turtles. Located about four and a half miles south of Kailua-Kona Village, Hale Lani is a private, gated, tropically landscaped retreat. Nearby is 36 holes of golf and a shopping village with a supermarket, restaurants, shops, movie theaters, and services.
The Big Island of Hawaii is great to explore from the peak of Mauna Kea at over 13,000 feet to the erupting volcano at Hawaii Volcano National Park to the water falls of the Hamakua Coast and the botanical gardens of Hilo. Enjoy sightseeing, water activities or just relax on the lanai or pool deck watching the dramatic ocean and sunset views. |
