This is a second floor, Colonnade, end unit in Heritage Palms Country Club. It sits between the sixteenth and seventeenth holes on the lake. The building has an elevator. The condominium has a King bed in the master with its own bath, twin beds in the guest bedroom with a hallway bath, a den with a pull-out sofa and pocket doors for privacy, living room, dining area, full kitchen with breakfast area, and screened-in lanai with table and four chairs. There is a TV and DVD in the living room and an additional TV in the master bedroom. This is one of the larger units in the four-story Terrace buildings.

Clubhouse has a restaurant, two golf courses, tennis courts, computers and printers for individual use, activities, pool with an additional pool adjacent to our unit. This is a fun, active community. Units are only rented monthly or yearly (email for a special yearly rate).
