Bikes can be rented around the corner, at the Little Capistrano Bike Shop for daily or weekly enjoyment. Cross the street and drop your kayak into the Salt Pond and spend a relaxing day paddling, birdwatching or just soaking in unparalleled scenery. If freshwater is what you desire, Great Pond is a mile down the road and a short drive further is scenic Cape Cod Bay, home to legendary First Encounter Beach. After enjoying your day's activities, relax in your luxurious air conditioned 1400 sq. ft. townhouse with beautiful water views.
This three story townhouse is conveniently located in the heart of Eastham's historic district, and down the street from the National Seashore's Salt Pond Visitor's Center. Dramatic views of the Salt Pond can be seen through the large windows in the spacious living room and second floor master bedroom. Continue up to the third floor retreat for a relaxing glass of wine, or step out to the huge rooftop deck to soak in the picturesque views all the way to the Atlantic.
Our vacation home is perfect for a small family's week at the beach, or a couples' get-away. The townhouse was built in 2005 and features gleaming hardwood floors throughout, decorator touches, designer beddings, 1 1/2 bathrooms, 3 televisions, DVD players, and a well-appointed kitchen with all-new appliances. The romantic upstair's master bedroom boasts a queen size, four poster bed and a water view from your pillow. The large second bedroom has 2 double beds and can sleep up to 4 people. Eastham is the quintessential Cape Cod vacation destination. You could spend a week here and never leave its borders. If you have the desire to sightsee further easy access to Rte 6 makes Provincetown, Wellfleet, Orleans and Chatham just a short drive away.
Although we love pets, they are not allowed as well as no smoking, please.
WEEKLY RENTAL RATE "INCLUDES" SECURITY WAIVER($55) AND PROCESSING FEES($59). THERE IS A CLEANING FEE OF $119.00 (Linens not included but rental agencies can be suggested.)

We enjoyed the beautiful weather,relaxed on First Encounter beach and on Marconi beach and came home every evening to calm down in this elegant and tasteful place.
