This gorgeous house faces southwest, high up on a rocky bluff affording a 180 degree view of Swanson Channel. In the distance you can see Moresby, Salt Spring and Vancouver Islands. There are approximately 1400 square feet in decks to enjoy the deer, eagles, whales, sunsets, and passing boats.
A huge rock fireplace, flanked by cathedral windows, provides the focal point of the largely cedar home. The lowest level of the house comes equipped with ping-pong table, sauna and dart board. Pender Island offers many activities such as a Saturday market, an amazing disc golf course, tennis court (walking distance), access to the spa/restaurants at Poets Cove, hiking etc should you be able to pry yourself away from the view. The Driftwood Centre shopping area has a world class bakery, liquor store, groceries for any level of cook, a French restaurant, bookstore and pharmacy - and only 10 minutes away.
Back to the house again - eight stained glass windows add colour and warmth to the already sunny exposure.
