A superb 2 bedroomed short stay holiday apartment with sensational 180 degree ocean views and miles and miles of beach on your doorstep and just a very short stroll to some of Perth's iconic beachside pubs, cafes and restaurants.
Tastefully presented and fully equipped to ensure a thoroughly relaxing and comfortable stay on Perth's Sunset Coast - surfing, swimming, kite surfing, fishing, boating, golfing etc - it's all here, with a sunset every night too!
Extensive ocean views available from the open plan living room and kitchen and also from both bedrooms. Garage included with remote control door.
Bus stop right outside.
FREE unlimited WIFI

This is a " no smoking and no parties " self catering apartment, so basic consumables are supplied to start you off, but you will need to replenish your own supplies ( toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and liquid, soaps, coffee capsules etc)

Minimum booking 5 nights.

FANTASTIC!
My family of 4 stayed here for one week and enjoyed every single moment. The apartment is clean and comfy and the location can't be beat, with the beach steps away and restaurants and shops within walking distance. The view is totally AMAZING! Leslie was easy to communicate with, very helpful, and very patient with our jetlagged selves. An absolute treat to stay here.

Fabulous location and views
We had a great three days in Cottesloe. The apartment was well maintained, had everything we needed and was very, very comfortable. With good restaurants just a short walk away and the beach straight across the road it was easy to relax and enjoy. I would recommend this property to friends.

During my life as an active local Western Suburbs real estate agent for some 30 years, we noticed this apartment on the beach front and bought it originally with an eye to the future to use as a city base once we had retired to the country.
This is what is has become - It is the perfect haven for us for those short trips to Perth.
In the meantime it has been used for short stay accommodation for travellers.
