Consider it your home away from home, not just a beach rental. Nothing separates you from the ocean but the marsh; we are in
Bldg. 1, the closest to the beach with unobstructed ocean views, on the top floor (there is an elevator), with no one above to disturb you. We have WIFI IN OUR CONDO ( We pay extra for this amenity); others claim to have wifi, but you have to take your computer to Bldg. 3 or to the pool deck to log on - that is inconvenient. Shuttle to beach or walk across boardwalk.
Listen to the waves and watch the sun rise over the atlantic Ocean from your screened balcony, bedroom, living room or kitchen! Sit on the balcony where no mosquitoes can bite and watch the marsh fill as the tide comes in. You'll love it!
Our condo has been totally remodeled and newly furnished too.
It is our second home so is very comfortable - porcelain tile floors, soft carpeted bedrooms and a 3" thick pillow top mattress await you. It is painted and furnished in blue, soft yellow and white, our villa has a fresh, clean beach-like feel. Our gorgeous condo sleeps six.
In the master bedroom, the ocean can be the first thing you view each morning. You can lie in bed and read (Good reading lamps are throughout the condo.) or watch TV. There is a bedside phone and clock radio/CD player too. The master bath is attached and has an enlarged shower/tub. Both baths have hair dryers and all rooms have ceiling fans.
Put the children in the second bedroom twin beds where they will have their own TV/DVD player. A private bath is across the hall.
The living room has a love seat and Queen size sleeper sofa and an afghan for chilly nights to make you feel at home. For your pleasure the TV has 64 cable channels and 7 HBO movie channels as well as a DVD and VCR player. There is a separate stereo as well as games, movies and books for your use. Or you can just sit and enjoy the ocean views!
The bright kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, mixer, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and other kitchen necessities for your to prepare your favorite dish. Just bring the food. The dining area seats six - four at the table and two at the breakfast bar.
Walk our private boardwalk to the beach (about a 5 minute walk) or take the resort shuttle to the beach. The boardwalk has benches along the way as well as educational signage about marsh life. At the beach you can buy drinks and food at Coco's, the resort cabana, as well as play volleyball and horseshoes. There are bathrooms available and an outdoor shower. We provide four beach chairs, some sand toys, a cooler and a cart to transport the "stuff" to the beach. The beach is never crowded as we are bounded by the Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones GC on one side and the folly (inlet) on the other side.
The Resort has a guard at the gate 24/7 and the island bike path runs in front of the resort. We are located in the middle of the island at mile marker 7 so are very close to groceries, shopping, restaurants, theaters, and too many other things to mention. There are 6 lighted tennis courts, 3 swimming pools - the largest is outside our front door. In Bldg. 3 there is an indoor pool and a kiddie pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise equipment and indoor track.
This is affordable luxury that you won't want to miss!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our resort has great ocean views from our balcony at very affordable prices. We are located in the middle of the island close to Shelter Cove at mile marker 7 (of 12). We are in a quiet part of the island, yet all the action is only a bike ride away and our beach is very private and never crowded. It's the best place to be on Hilton Head Island.
Golf at its best next door. There are 3 courses on Palmetto Dunes and many more just a 5 minute drive away.

We had a really good time on our recent visit to Hilton Head. Our condo was very comfortable and had a great ocean view from almost every room. We could hear the waves from the balcony! We cooked in some and had all the equipment we needed-and could enjoy the view from the kitchen. NIce quiet part of the resort and even in the winter, the beach is beautiful- and solid for walking and biking.

We stayed 7 nights in this condo. It is very clean and comfortable. It has a great view of the ocean, plus the screened in balcony was perfect-no bugs all week! There is a quick 5-7 minute walk on the boardwalk to the beach or a 1 minute golf cart ride. The location on the island is great and this is close to everything. We enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub in the within the resort as well. Highly recommend!

We have ranked this vacation as one of our best. The Hilton Head experience is wonderful. To help make it that way, your condo was so clean, and comfortable for our family. The unit was furnished extremely well. There were more than enough cooking supplies if we wanted to eat in. And the beach going accessories were a huge help. We were also very pleased with Hilton Head Resort. We could have just stayed on the property and had a great time, with the pools, beach and tennis. Also, the store/resteraunt, was very convenient and affordable. Thank you for everything.

We had an excellent stay for the month of March, 2011. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The view from the 4th floor was outstanding, especially the morning sunrise over the ocean. Jane, the owner, was very cordial and easy to work with. We would highly recommend this condo.

Had a great time. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Place was clean and well maintained. Kitchen well equipped. Unit is nicely decorated, festive and bright. Balcony view great, beach walk easy and invigorating. In-unit Wi-Fi net a big plus for us. Nov - Feb is the off season here, so facilities are almost always available. Security is good, area is safe and secure. Well worth the rental fee, good value for your money. Savannah is great, about 45 minutes away. Restaurants we recommend are Crazy Crab, Bonefish Grill, and Roast Fish and Cornbread, this last one is a local eatery.
Recommended for:Age 55+.

We had a fantastic time in Hilton Head. The view from the porch is amazing, especially if you get up early enough to see the sunrise. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 children. As some other guests have noted, the beach cart was a lifesaver. We would have never made it with all our stuff otherwise. The walk to the beach is about 5 minutes but it is a beautiful view. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable I had a hard time getting up each morning. The owners are very easy to deal with and we had no problems with any of the arrangements. We did not want to come home. The pool is very large and had a lot of shallow area for the kids to play. Overall a great vacation.

Just returned.Condo was more than spacious enough for us-2 adults and 2 17 yr. old boys and was absolutely wonderful.Greatly exceeded our expectations.Beach cart in closet was fantastic and the beach shuttle was great, although the walk wasn't bad. Bed in master bedroom was ABSOLUTELY DIVINE!Weather wasn't the greatest, but we still had plenty of beach & pool time.I think you thought of everything.We left behind a beach horseshoe set-took it along and didn't need it at home-hope your future guests can enjoy it.Enjoyed the screened in porch and the WI-FI was awesome.AND NOT A BUG OR SPIDER ANYWHERE IN THE CONDO-how did you manage that one in the South?We did see a snake slither across the sidewalk and we got pictures of the gator in the lagoon on the property. (I'll mail them to you.) All in all, a great vacation value.WOULD DEFINITELY rent this property again! Oh, and can I recommend eating at The Crazy Crab? Just a short drive on 278 for THE BEST seafood we've EVER eaten-so good we had to go back again the next night! (And we love seafood!)
