Consider it your home away from home, not just a beach rental. Nothing separates you from the ocean but the marsh; we are in
Bldg. 1, the closest to the beach with unobstructed ocean views, on the top floor (there is an elevator), with no one above to disturb you. We have WIFI IN OUR CONDO ( We pay extra for this amenity); others claim to have wifi, but you have to take your computer to Bldg. 3 or to the pool deck to log on - that is inconvenient. Shuttle to beach or walk across boardwalk.

Listen to the waves and watch the sun rise over the atlantic Ocean from your screened balcony, bedroom, living room or kitchen! Sit on the balcony where no mosquitoes can bite and watch the marsh fill as the tide comes in. You'll love it!

Our condo has been totally remodeled and newly furnished too.
It is our second home so is very comfortable - porcelain tile floors, soft carpeted bedrooms and a 3" thick pillow top mattress await you. It is painted and furnished in blue, soft yellow and white, our villa has a fresh, clean beach-like feel. Our gorgeous condo sleeps six.

In the master bedroom, the ocean can be the first thing you view each morning. You can lie in bed and read (Good reading lamps are throughout the condo.) or watch TV. There is a bedside phone and clock radio/CD player too. The master bath is attached and has an enlarged shower/tub. Both baths have hair dryers and all rooms have ceiling fans.

Put the children in the second bedroom twin beds where they will have their own TV/DVD player. A private bath is across the hall.

The living room has a love seat and Queen size sleeper sofa and an afghan for chilly nights to make you feel at home. For your pleasure the TV has 64 cable channels and 7 HBO movie channels as well as a DVD and VCR player. There is a separate stereo as well as games, movies and books for your use. Or you can just sit and enjoy the ocean views!

The bright kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, mixer, toaster, pots and pans, dishes and other kitchen necessities for your to prepare your favorite dish. Just bring the food. The dining area seats six - four at the table and two at the breakfast bar.

Walk our private boardwalk to the beach (about a 5 minute walk) or take the resort shuttle to the beach. The boardwalk has benches along the way as well as educational signage about marsh life. At the beach you can buy drinks and food at Coco's, the resort cabana, as well as play volleyball and horseshoes. There are bathrooms available and an outdoor shower. We provide four beach chairs, some sand toys, a cooler and a cart to transport the "stuff" to the beach. The beach is never crowded as we are bounded by the Palmetto Dunes Robert Trent Jones GC on one side and the folly (inlet) on the other side.

The Resort has a guard at the gate 24/7 and the island bike path runs in front of the resort. We are located in the middle of the island at mile marker 7 so are very close to groceries, shopping, restaurants, theaters, and too many other things to mention. There are 6 lighted tennis courts, 3 swimming pools - the largest is outside our front door. In Bldg. 3 there is an indoor pool and a kiddie pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise equipment and indoor track.

This is affordable luxury that you won't want to miss!

  • We have stayed at this condo twice. I have rented another unit w/in HHR which was nowhere near as nice. The owners are very pleasant to deal with and have really thought of everything for the condo. It has a beautiful view of the ocean. We love Hilton Head and would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

  • June 6, 2009 I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed staying in your condo. I loved the view over the marsh to the ocean and especially watching the tide flow in and out over the marsh. Gorgeous sunrises both from the beach and from your living room! All week as we walked to and from the beach we watch a mother bird (?name) sit on her nest and finally saw one of her just born baby chicks! The weather was gorgeous, only a couple of exciting thunderstorms; otherwise, sunny with a wonderful breeze. I was amazed that there were no mosquitoes – how did you manage that? Our 6 year old grandson had a blast, so much so that one day he asked to take a nap and went to bed early in the evening without being coaxed! Your condo had everything we needed and then some. Thank you for the great beach chairs that strap on the back and the beach buckets, etc…. very thoughtful and appreciated. Although we never ate at the cabana, it was great having restrooms available on the beach. Thank you for sharing your great vacation home! Hope to be back next year if not before. Carole Johnson

  • Just got back from your condo (13-19 Apr 09). I really enjoyed seeing the sun come up over the ocean, it was beautiful. I thought it would be a long walk to the beach, but it was a nice stroll thru the marshland and we all really enjoyed it. Condo was nicely decorated and the beds were wonderful! Enjoyed staying there this past week. Great place to stay, I would definitely stay here again.

  • We stayed in the condo for 2 months. Let me first say it was so easy to rent and get info from owner they are great all details were covered no surprises wonderful people to deal with.The condo and the view were great, great sunsets from your own balcony, rooms were very comfortable we had everything we needed at the condo for 2 months stay. The walk from the parking lot was a little long to get to the elavator but that would be the only negative comment I would have. If you get a chance to rent this condo jump on it you won't be sorry.   • We visited Hilton Head on the week of July 26,2008. We had a wonderful time. It was the first time visiting here. The condo was very nice. Very cute and cozy. The owners make everything so easy. I liked the basket that has all kinds of information of things to do. That was very handy. Also the beach is very clean and the marsh is very interesting. Being our first time, we were a little nervous driving and trying to find things. But it didn't take long to get familiar with everything.

  • What a nice condo!!! It has a million dollar view of the sunrise, marsh and beach!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It is located perfectly for the things we were interested in doing such as golfing, dining out, and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies so eating in was no problem. The pool was great for when the beach was too hot, and the trolley driver was always fun and polite. We will definitely keep this unit in mind for future vacations to HH.

  • We stayed at this condo over New Years holiday and have stayed at two other condos within this same resort the summer prior. This condo is the perfect family get-a-way. For families with children the extra bedroom (with its own tv (which other condos did not have), extra bathroom, indoor pool and hot tub, location to the boardwalk and outstanding beach views, this condo is second to none. The overall location of HH Resort is perfect. The furnishings are very nice, in great condition and don't give you that "ew.. should I keep my shoes on and lay a blanket on the couch before I sit on it" feeling. As experienced vacation home renters, I know this often is not the case, especially in beach rentals. The owners are wonderful people who pull out all of the stops to make your every stay a "dream family vacation" experience. I cannot recommend it enough.

  • Great location to all activities on the island! Beach is very nice and the view in the morning from the tv room is a nice start to each day. We had kids that enjoyed the large pool when not at the beach. Very affordable lunches at the pool and beach for this building. Accommadations are very enjoyable for this unit. We kept our bikes under the building right next to the steps and all was very well. Have a great HH vacation renting this unit.
