$300 One-Time Cleaning Fee. 11.42% Hawaii State Taxes.
$500 Deposit required to secure your reservation. Balance due 60 days prior to
arrival. The $500 deposit will then be held as a Loss,Damage & Breakage Deposit
and will be refunded within two weeks of your departure. If contracted reservation
is cancelled 90% will be refunded if we are able to rebook for same period.

This May we stayed at this amazing home and were more than impressed with what we found here! First of all, the views go ON and ON and ON! Three out of five bedrooms have a first class view, along with the pool area (and the living room/kitchen that faces the pool/ocean views). We cooked every night and morning, and the kitchen was set up perfectly for our large group needs. The extra large table outside was FANTASTIC for group meals. The living room was so comfy for hanging out in the mornings with lots of seating options. Plenty of parking for our two cars. The property manager was super fast in responding to questions. The saltwater pool was just stunning...my kids LOVED it! Simply put..we loved the house so much we hardly wanted to leave! Great trip! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We have stayed at hotels and other vacation rentals in the area and this is by far our favorite. The relaxed, open atmosphere and quiet location made us feel "at home" rather than a "guest" immediately. The owners are long time residents and provided great information. We like to cook and this home provides everything needed to entertain family and friends. The lanai area with grill and saltwater pool is hard to leave, but the location in sunny Kona area provides easy access to sand, surf and snorkel in addition to exploring the Big Island with all it has to offer. This is absolutely our First Choice accommadation when visiting the Kona area and we highly reccomend it to anyone. Mahalo

Have rented this house for the past six years and have always had the most excellent experience. The house is so comfortable both inside and out and close to everything that we love to do. The ocean, snorkling, and great restaurants all close. The property has been maintained well and anytime there is a small problem it is taken care of. Great family vacation spot.
