House is located north of town at the end of the bicycle trail on Deep Hole Road. The house is on a large lot with large front and back yards, plenty of parking and easy access. The bedrooms have two queens and two full-sized beds. The baths are both full with tubs/showers. The house has a large family room, full kitchen with eat-in area and a dining bar. The family room has a large fireplace that is great in the fall. The back of the house has a large screened porch that is shaded in the late afternoon. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The house has a large lot with ample parking off of the road.
The house is located near the Chincoteague community complex. This allows easy short walk for access to the elementary school's play ground and the town's new nature trail. Fresh seafood is sold with in a block of the house. Access to one of the town's boat ramps is also a short walk. The bicycle trail that leads to downtown and the beach starts across the road from the house.
To rent the house please send an email or call. We will check availability and send you a reply email. If you would like to rent the house, we will hold your dates for 7 days pending payment of the rental fees and security deposit. We also require a signed copy of the rental agreement to be completed and returned. We accept credit cards via phone only.
