The breathtaking lake views can be seen from every room. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, garbage disposal and side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser.
The comfortable living room includes a leather lazy boy chair, sofabed, LCD TV and a ceiling fan. Master bedroom has two skylights and walk in closet. A spiral staircase takes you to second bedroom suite with sitting area and a private balcony overlooking the lake.
The master bath is sun filled from the sky light. There is also a relaxing jetted, whirlpool tub. The second bath and walk in closet is off of the master bedroom. There is a gas furnace and central air conditioning.
A fun-filled day awaits since you are only 2 to 3 miles from downtown Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Performing Art Center, Saratoga National Golf Course and Racino. Fishing, boating or kayaking awaits. Kayaks are free for your use, upon request.
