Our third floor condo (no need to take an elevator from the walkway) offers the perfect view of the beach and gulf without ever needing to leave the balcony! Enjoy the beautiful sunrise with your morning coffee or celebrate an incredible sunset completing a perfect day at the beach. What better place to watch the dolphins playing in the waves or to observe the beach scene below?
Our grand master suite is one of largest at Majestic Beach offering an incredible view of the gulf, a comfortable king bed with plush linens, and a spa bath featuring a jetted whirlpool tub, separate shower, vanity with 2 sinks plus outside dressing area with additional vanity. The second bedroom has a queen bed and adjoining private bathroom. The third bedroom features two large bunk beds. All three bedrooms feature flat screen cable tvs with dvd players.
The tiled living area offers a very comfortable queen size sofa sleeper, dining table with 6 chairs, wet bar with sink and extra ice maker and flat panel 42" TV with DVD for everyone's enjoyment. The kitchen has an island and a counter bar with fivebar stools for casual dining and is fully equipped with an ample supply of dishes, glasses, pots & pans, coffee maker, blender, etc to assist you in preparing everything from a mid-day snack to a multi-course romantic sunset dinner that you can enjoy on the balcony. The blender is just waiting to whip up your favorite frozen drink before heading to the beach or pool. Our laundry room features a full size washer and dryer and when you’re ready to go to the beach, we have chairs and an umbrella waiting for you here too!

After looking at the photos listed, you feel right at home when you arrive. Everything is very accurate-WOW! It was very clean and well maintained. GREAT smoke free place for those who have allergies or health challenges caused from smoke. The owners were great to work with and were very quick to respond to questions Thank you - Joe & Kathleen! This is also a great location for anyone who has a limited ability to climb stairs. It's located on the same floor as the walk over and very close to the elevators. Yet it was a quiet and peaceful location. We enjoyed the balcony. It was large enough for all of us to sit, visit and watch the beautiful sunsets. We absolutly loved it and have recommened it to several friends who also have children. We look forward to coming again next year. It was great that WalMart was close and Pier Park was just minutes away. Our family enjoyed having all the options that Pier Park offers for dinning and fun for the family. We enjoyed fresh seafood at Back Porch (Pier Park next to Margaritaville-who have great food also) and Captain Anderson's. The Majestic Towers facility was well maintained and it's staff was very friendly and helpful. The pools were a little chilly but the beach was great and so were the hot tubs. The beach was clean and well maintained. Security personnel were in place on boarwalks, different parts of the facility and in the parking decks. They were friendly yet observant. It made you feel safe.

We had a great time. Perfect location. Close enough to actually hear the Beach yet far enough away to relax. The unit is very user friendly and tastefully decorated with all the perks you would expect from a 5 star rental. We look forward to staying here again.

Our family truly felt at home and even pampered in this beautiful condo. The pictures did not do justice to the decor and layout of the property. The staff at Majestic were very helpful and friendly. The owners were very helpful during the rental process. It was wonderful having Walmart close by to run and get things as we needed them. I would recommend this property to family and friends and would love to rent it again for our family!
