"Alla Spiaggia" (at the beach) is located in Seaside on 868 Forest Street on the quiet circle around the popular Westend pool. The Westend pool has an adult pool, baby pool and a grill. Directly across the street is a "forested" green space and an open green space (Watertower Park). It is the neigborhood meeting spot for all of the kids in the afternoon. The walk to the beach is a short stroll up Natchez Street.
Leave your worries behind as you walk into this newly refurbished home. The interior is freshly painted, the fixtures have all been updated and all of the mattresses have been covered with an allergen barrier cover and then covered with high quality antimicrobal, waterproof, 300 count cotton mattress covers. High ceilings, an open floor plan and original contemporary artwork all contribute to the relaxed casual feel of this large house. The well furnished kitchen features a large pantry with lots of pots and pans and service for twelve. It opens to the living/dining area which has a buffet filled with beautiful serving pieces and a table which seats six. The bar at the kitchen seats four. The living room has a new Pottery Barn seagrass sectional and TV with Bose surround sound DVD/VHS/stereo. This large living area opens via french doors to the large screened porch which fronts the house. Dine "al fresco" on the porch table (the porch is screened so no bugs!) which seats six or relax in one of the adirondack chairs. There is even an adirondack rocking set with a table for the kids!
The downstairs bedroom has a new full-size bed, desk, dresser, closet, TV with VCR and lots of books. A high speed internet connection is provided. This room also makes an excellent office if someone needs a space to work while on vacation. The full bath (shower only) is in the hall.
Upstairs are two very large bedrooms. One has a king-size bed and the other has two new full-size beds. Both have private bathrooms, spacious closets, large dressers and a desk. Both open through french doors to a large screened porch which fronts the house. Four adirondack chairs with a coffee table and a hammock are available for lazy afternoons and book reading.
There are two outdoor showers (one heated) and a large new charcoal grill. Beach towels, toys, floats, and a wagon are available for your use. Monopoly (kid and adult), Clue, Twister, Scrabble, dominoes, puzzles and other games are provided for family fun.
Seaside is a magical place with white picket fences and wonderful architecture. You will enjoy walking or biking to the bookstore, pottery store, toy/art store, coffee shop, ice cream store, snow cone stand, Bud and Alley's, Modica's grocery or one of the many quaint shops or art galleries. On most Tuesday and Saturday nights bands play in the amphitheater and Friday nights are usually movie nights. Bring a blanket and picnic dinner for a wonderful family night out! Sunday service at the beautiful chapel is special.

Summer (Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day)... $3,800/wk + 11% state tax
(required by law). Saturday to Saturday stay required for summer.
Spring/Fall $500/nt + 11% state tax + $200 cleaning fee if less than 7 nt stay
Rates are non-negotiable. 3.5% charge for credit card usage.
One third deposit required to book reservation.
Security deposit and balance due three wks prior to stay.
Cancellations require 60 nt notice.
Cancellations not made 60 nts prior to stay forfeit deposit.

Our fifth year is Seaside and our first stay in Alla Spiaggia. Your home is warm and very comfortable... Love the family photos, art, games and screened-in porch! ... and least I forget about all the butterflies fluttering about your fence!
