The house was beautiful, from the first time I enquired about renting the property, the owner has been nothing but helpful and interested in our needs, we did not need anything to supplement our stay, everything has been supplied, the bed and furniture were very comfy, clean and in new condition, the property is in a secure area, very quiet and peaceful, and well maintained, the pool is heated and perfect for unwinding in, and the hot tub is great for soothing those aching ‘park legs’. Publix supermarket is literally two minutes away, and there are a few good eateries close by, the parks are all within easy access, thank you Emma for being so helpful and approachable, I will be in touch soon for our next visit.Did you find this review helpful? We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Disney’s Reach in October 2011. The accommodation was very comfortable and we couldn’t fault anything. Its quiet location was welcomed after spending most days at the theme parks and provided an opportunity to unwind at the end of the day. The supermarket and other amenities nearby were very convenient and were frequented on our way back from the parks! Terrace Ridge is very near the I4 which allows easy access to Disney and it is a straightforward drive to the other theme parks. We also visited the Kennedy Space Centre and Busch Gardens which were both just over a 1hr drive away. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. We enjoyed our stay at Disney’s Reach, the condo is very comfortable and you feel at home with all conveniences at hand. It is within easy driving distance of the supermarket for supplies and not too far from the theme parks. Rental prices are per day/week for the home, not per guest, and are inclusive of local and state taxes totalling 12%, housekeeping prior to stay and on departure, use of community facilities, electricity, air conditioning and/or heating, local telephone calls and all bedding and towels. Maximum home occupancy of 8 guests. No smoking or pets allowed within the home. Rental balance to be paid in full 8 weeks prior to stay. $150 refundable security bond required with all reservations. Home access codes will only be released on fully payment of rental balance AND security bond. Please refer to owner's standard booking form for cancellation policy & full terms and conditions.
