This house is only 5 houses from the sand, on the second block from the beach. You can see the ocean and the stairs to the beach, from the patio with custom awing.
The property is beautifully landscaped and sprinklered, with an enclosed back yard, all new exterior, central air, inside are 3 large bedrooms, with a pair of bunk beds, 2 singles, 1 king, 1 pull out couch, large living room and dining room. All the furnishings are brand new, thanks to my wife. The Kitchen has a subzero refrigerator and bathrooms totally remodeled last year, it shows like a new construction.Sit on the porch and watch the boats on the ocean.New outdoor shower stall. The shed has bikes, gas grill, chairs, rods and tags. Just bring your toothbrush, dine at night and chill in the day!
