Welcome to Connie's Cove House at Lan Mar Marina (now Port Royale). This special place is located in a cove at Lan Mar Marina. There is no dock, so we tie our boat up to the trees. There is a very nice beach so it is easy to get in and out of your boat. This property sits in a no-wake cove. There are only two floating docks that belong to three million dollar homes. It is a wildlife protected cove. Sometimes you see deer as you are laying on your floats. I know you will feel as if you have found the peace and quiet you came for.
The house has been renovated in 2006. Slate tile and mahogany wood floors greet you at the door. The house is two levels; master bedroom and bath are upstairs with queen-size Tempurpedic bed and private balcony. Drench yourself under the massive showerhead or soak in the garden tub while feeling like you are in the treetops.
Downstairs is a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room, eat-in bar and the 50 foot deck awaits morning coffee, lunch or dinner. The reason my price is lower than other rentals is because I believe everyone deserves a nice place for a vacation. So enjoy Connie's Cove House as many others have done.
