Nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach on Scenic 30-A, High Pointe Resort has become a popular getaway for families looking to vacation in South Walton County. This resort has everything you are looking for in a vacation destination, except the crowds. This quiet end of 30A is sure to please.

The numerous amenities at High Pointe keep vacationers coming back year after year. There are two clay tennis courts on the grounds as well as a shuffle board area. Barbecue pits are located throughout the property and the children will enjoy the play area made just for them. In addition to the lagoon pool, there is a baby pool and a large hot tub. Senor Mojitos is a popular grill and bar which is located near the pool and on the gulf. It is a great place to grab a bite to eat without leaving the resort. Mohitos is open from April 1st through October 15th.

High Pointe Resort is located near all of the great restaurants and shopping that South Walton has to offer. High Pointe is located two blocks west of Rosemary Beach and seven miles west of Seaside. The 30A Bike path runs right through the front of the property and meanders along the entire 18 miles of Scenic 30-A.

Take the bike path through the many state parks, such as Deer Lake, Grayton and Camp Creek, where you can enjoy the coastal dune lakes and dunes which are unique to this area. The bike path also takes you through cute coastal towns of Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach, where you can enjoy the Florida style architecture which is predominant to this area. Each unique town offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, activities and concerts for the entire family to enjoy.

High Pointe is located ten miles from Panama City and 20 miles to SanDestin. Both Destin and Panama City have many attractions and things to do like Zoo World and Gulf World where one can visit with the native wildlife and even swim with the porpoises. Pier Park is located 10 miles east of High Point, where there are now more than 150 shops and restaurants. Destin and Sandestin offer water parks, additional golf, more shopping and food if you feel like leaving the beautiful 30A area. Baytown located in Sandestin has become a popular gathering spot for tourists and locals, where you can enjoy good food, shopping, free concerts and fireworks.
