High Pointe Resort is gated Gulf Front Resort located between Rosemary and Alys Beaches in Seacrest Beach on the south side of Scenic 30A. High Pointe Resort is the most well-known and well thought of Gulf Front Beach Resort property on 30A.
The numerous amenities at High Pointe keep vacationers coming back year after year. Two composite tennis courts, shuffle board courts, barbecue grills located throughout the property and the children will enjoy the play area made just for them. In addition to the huge, 6,000 square foot lagoon pool, there is a baby/child pool and a large hot tub. Crabby Steve’s Grill Bar is a popular spot located near the pool with fabulous Gulf and sunset views. It has the best view on 30A and is a great place to grab a bite to eat at reasonable prices without leaving the resort. .
High Pointe Resort is a 5 min stroll (2 blocks) from Rosemary Beach's village, restaurants and shops. The 30A Bike path runs right through the front of the property and meanders along the entire 18 miles of Scenic 30A.
High Pointe Resort is located ten miles west of Pier Park in Panama City Beach and 20 miles east of SanDestin Resort. Destin and SanDestin offer water parks, additional golf, more shopping and food if you feel like leaving the beautiful 30A area.
Our two identical 1st floor condos are located directly on the Gulf. The building is 4 stories with only 24 units, 6 per floor.
These are beautiful condo with a direct gulf view. This is true gulf-front living. Enjoy a private covered patio with lawn just off the Living Room and Master Bedroom. Each have been updated and redecorated. The walls are decorated with original prints and painting. The kitchen is stocked with a full set of pots/pans, glasses, utensils, blender, toaster oven and much more. The heating and air-conditioning system and water heater are brand new ensuring cool temps in the summer and warm in the winter. The patio has a table and 4 chairs with lounge chairs.
We have upgraded to new mattresses, Large screen HD/LCD TV with DVD player and free Netflix movies on demand. Also we offer free, unlimited local and long distance phone calls.
Sit back and listen to the waves as they roll onto the sand and enjoy the unobstructed views of the gulf. Our condos are located only steps away from the pool and the Crabby Steve’s bar.
Parking is in front of the building with easy 1st floor access and shared luggage carts.

Why the Owner Chose High Pointe Resort
The first time I walked into this condo, I was amazed how open and close to the turquoise blue water it was. We were just on a vacation, renting and had no intention to buy. But, it struck me how unique it was with incredible vistas of the Gulf, from not only the living room, but the bedroom and even kitchen. And, the dramatic contrast...At the terrace, gazing at the water, it is peace and solitude. Outside the front door - action and play, the high fever activity at the lagoon pool and bar. Needless to say, it turned out to be a very expensive vacation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The beach access is only steps away. From the patio you can see the beach and Gulf (the patio extends into a garden area), and the huge, long lagoon pool is only steps from the front door. Rosemary Beach, with its lovely restaurants, cafes and shops is right next door. A long biking path winds in front of the resort for miles to the State Parks.

We stayed in in this condo unit for Spring Break(mid April 2011) and had a fabulous time! The condo is beautiful and nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped for the family that wants to do a bit of their own cooking. The gulf front view is amazing! Emerald green water and white sand almost at your door! The unit is on the first floor so no waiting around for elevators and no hauling suitcases and beach toys up stairs. The beach is not over crowded which is just what we wanted. There were plenty families with children so our son was always sure to find a playmate. If you enjoy biking- rent or bring your bikes! The bike path is right outside the complex and extends for about 18 miles! We hated to end our vacation stay but there is always next year !
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family enjoyed staying in this lovely, light, airy, peaceful condo during Spring Break in April! The 1st floor is wonderful b/c you don’t have to wait on elevators or climb stairs and the view of the beach & ocean is magnificent. The sunsets are glorious and the owner is a delight to work with! We are ready for our next vacation at this condo!

Really liked everything about this condo. It's high up on a hilltop overlooking the beach and ocean with 180 degree views up and down the beach. You can see the sun rise in the AM and set in the PM. The overall property the condo is part of is very high end, well maintained with lot's of great features. Out of other area at Florida's Panhandle, Rosemary Beach is one of the nicest in terms of the high quality of the area, shops, and restaurants. The condo itself is clean and well maintained. The views from inside are why we go to the beach. And that beachfront , hilltop patio can't be beat. We highly recommend this unit.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This wasn't my first visit to the area, but it was certainly my best! The condo was open, airy and clean! It came with everything our family needed for a comfortable vacation. I was also impressed that it's actually right on top of the water. Looking out the window while cooking dinner made it feel like I was actually standing on the gulf - and eating on the back patio was even better! I was totally thrilled with the place and excited to return!
